Katniss drops from a tree a few feet from your position. In a calm and reassuring tone, she speaks.
"Right, before we begin I'm going to need you to prove yourself to me, Mockingbirds won't sing for just anyone, so for that reason I will not be summoning Mellark here for the signing until I believe you're ready. We'll start simple, I want you to sit on the spot and meditate, whilst doing so, you'll need to concentrate all you can on the summoning technique and focus your chakra ready."
She places her hands in the pockets of her fathers brown hunting jacket and stands watching.

As I hear this, Teresa jumps into a lotus position, crossing her legs in the process, while she does this she frees up her upper body and begins mediating, as she focuses more and more on her on the summoning technique, she channels her chakra around her body, allowing it to relieve her stress from thinking all day long in her lab, then as she does this her chakra starts flowing much more fluently now

Whilst the girl meditates Katniss leaves her for a moment and disappears behind a tree, upon returning she has her bow in hand and a quiver positioned neatly over her shoulder, the quiver holds three arrows all with different coloured heads. She removes a blue arrow from the quiver and begins to load it into the bow, as she does so, she speaks.
"Okay, good. Release all tension, the chakra needs to travel at extreme speeds but lose none of its fluidity or control. Do what you must, close off your senses, think how mellow the earth is, become one with it, feel nothing and be still."

As she hears this, Teresa channels her chakra even more but increasing the chakra to move even faster, as she tries it starts to lower, but by cutting off all her senses from reality she drifts in a comma like state where her chakra is rapidly moving around in a circular motion around her chakra netweork and her body now in a state of fluid and pacing flow

As Luffy hears this he starts trying much moré focusing moré if his Wind chakra into his body where its starting to feel much lighter than normal, his spirit feeling moré free
He then places his thumb up
"YEAH IM DOING IT!!"

As the arrow comes spiralling to my chest, Luffy quickly channels his chakra outward to his hand where slams his on the ground and bracing them firmly he spins himself doing a windmill causing the bow to pasd him straight flying into the forest

Katniss loads her last arrow.
"The third arrow means your last shot. The point of the exercise was not to show me that you can move. I need to know you have full control over your wind chakra, do what you must to stop the arrow, just use wind."

As the thier arrow comes, Luffy channeling his Wind chakra into the air and as the bow comes closer he meditates the pace of the Wind causing the arrow to slow down and grabbing it with his mouth, snapping them
"Ew tastes like trees"

The flashy style of the man left Katniss unimpressed, as many men had previously in her life, but heh ad done what she had asked. She rolls her eyes and approaches. From her back pocket she pulls a single scroll and allows it to open up before him. Written upon the scroll are the terms and conditions set by the mockingbirds. She pauses to allow the man to read it before lang it on the floor.
"Just like you have been, I need you to focus wind chakra throughout your body, once you have, release it into this scroll."
She points out a box on the scroll marked with a hand print.

A tortoise appears and begins to crawl slowly towards the trees to the south. Katniss smiles and almost let's out a laugh. She points to the contract once more and speaks.
"A Mockingbird is a very secretive creature, handle the contract with care, focus your mind."
Katniss' voice is somehow different when she speaks the words secretive and focus, she watches the man quietly once more.
