A day in Iwa episode 1
This is the real first episode of A day in Iwa, enjoy, this is just a glimpse of the incredibly nice things we do in Iwa ^_^
Jinbei: Zero, why did you stop talking.
Me: I did? Sorry, I was just starring into space.
Oraan: Or emoish sorrow…
Me: What was that Oraan?
Faith: Forget about it, just continue the story.
Me: Oh right sure, now where were we.
Oh yes, the first class with Scarface, I remember it clearly, from the first moment he entered the door, I knew this guy wasn’t really someone you would want to mess with.
(Flashback xd)
Scarface: Welcome to the ninja academy of Iwagakure, I’m your teacher Scarface, and I’ll do my best to transform you little maggots into ninjas, and you fine girls into fine ladies, I mean kunoichi, anyways, we should probably get started, REMOVE YOUR TOYS FROM THE DESK MR NGUYEN.
Oraan: But Scarface-sensei, this is one of my family’s traditional lucky charms, it represents the hyena in all its might and it…
Scarface: Are you done now Mr. Nguyen, or do you want more than an hour long walk through the swamp.
Oraan: The swamp? But there’s no swamps in Iwa.
Scarface: I suppose you’re right Mr. Nguyen, 2 hours would be more appropriate, do you have anything else to add?
At this point, the rest of the class was staring at Oraan, as if he were the plague, me included.
Kasha: Scarface-sensei, how exactly will you turn us into ninjas and kunoichi?
Scarface: Well for you and the rest of the ladies, it will be quick and painless, BUT NOT FOR YOU MR GENESIS IF YOU KEEP STARING OUT INTO SPACE.
Faith: Oh yes sir, I mean, sorry sensei.
Scarface: Right everyone out, we have a lot to do.
The day passed. Because of various outbursts of anger from various students, Scarface didn’t remove his swamp until after nightfall, the girls could all go home after an hour, we all went home, exhausted after a long day of “training”, the next couple of weeks worked out fine, we learned how to hold and throw shurikens and kunais correctly, it was difficult to master, but eventually we all had it.
(End of flashback, for now…)
Me: Now, I’m actually going to jump in time.
Faith: What do you mean, and why?
Me: Because, Jinbei and Seven didn’t join until 3 months later.
Oraan: Damn it Jinbei, why didn’t you just join at the same time as us.
Jinbei: You know that Oraan, I got kicked out of the Konoha academy, damn fire country, they just think they’re so smart, well I bet they regret it now.
Seven paths of Pain: Actually Jinbei, I highly doubt that.
Me: Hey Seven, why all the sneaking.
Seven: Well I’ve been trying to avoid Toku, I know I asked him for training, but ten hours every day, plus evening lessons, is quite enough.
Faith: But you already know your share of jutsus, why ask for more training.
Seven: Well more power is always welcome, and he was just going around the village doing nothing.
Oraan: Maybe he’s out kicking some other peoples summons.
Me: Or sorrowing about some long lost friends.
Seven: Shut up Zero.
Faith: Shut up Zero.
Jinbei: Shut up Zero.
Me: I’m just saying.
Faith: We know, just get back to the story, sit down Seven, have a drink.
Seven: Sure.
Anyways, a couple of months went, bla bla bla, we trained, Scarface drooled over Kasha, Oraan kept his hyena fetish, I began see my sorrow talent.
Jinbei: You mean your sorrow fetish.
Seven: He can’t really love his sorrow, because love is quite the opposite of sorrow.
Me: Would you too calm down, I’m trying to help you enter this story.
Faith: Seriously, could you just continue Zero.
Me: Yes ofcourse.
Anyways again, those months went by, and before we knew of it, we’d been students at the academy for three months, and it was about this time Jinbei and Seven entered the academy. Seven had been traveling the world, looking for some scumbags which had killed his parents, and Jinbei got dropped by the Konoha academy, because of his enormous temper. They were both a bit mysterious, and to the disappointment of many of the male gender in our class, the girls took quite a liking towards them. Jinbei became a kind of cool gangster, he had a short fuse, and got into many fights, but when he was calm, he was respectful and polite, and to some girls, he was their knight in shining armor. Seven was one of those people who wants to become an honorable shinobi, with power, he always referred to the shinobi code when he was talking, and he was always training, to some girls he was their knight in shining armor. With all the girls following those two, the rest of us had almost no female admirers, most of use were simply jealous.
Me: Except me, I wasn’t jealous, I didn’t care, I was only thinking about my training, it’s true, don’t look at me like that Oraan.
Oraan began focusing a great deal on surpassing them both, but Jinbei had been doing ninja training for quite a while, and Seven had been training ever since his parent’s got killed, so Oraan didn’t have much success. Faith was, well Faith was a special case, he kept staring into space, and he didn’t really pay attention to anything, he was plain weird, but whenever we would spar, Faith would be one of the top students, nobody really understood him, and since he kicked ass, the bullies didn’t do anything to him. then there was me, I was just a boy in ragged clothes, with a cool sword, some people in class would sometimes call me emo, and stuff like that, but it wasn’t that bad, especially because one of the others in our class, Leaf, had some problems of her own, so we stuck together, and became good friends. Everything was actually fine and chilled, but like most other happy times, they don’t last forever, and Toku was about to enter the village.
