A change back?

The point in no having customs before sannin rank is this:

Most of you use only your customs on battles and have no idea about the actual Naruto jutsus. I have seen it many times in senseis tests. People who i thought they were stronger than me, they don't stand a chance against other people in a non customs fights. I dislike that fact and as you all know i am allergic to unfair things.

Second point: You all rush to make customs and some of you have already reached the limit of 30.why? Cause depending on your fights now and your opponents' ranks & abilities at the moment you make customs jutsus that will help you, now.

Soon you will all reach 30 and then you won't be able to create anything for future battles and future opponents. Take for example me, i have submitted 13 jutsus, i am one of the people with the less jutsus made and although i have more of them (devlin's training, zanji's co-creations etc) i never use them. I have won Hells & Zanji using only the normal jutsus before and i am equally strong when i don't use customs. why? cause i know very very well to use the normal naruto jutsus and i know what they can do.

Allowing you to make customs when you reach sannin rank means:
That you have proven that you are able to win a non customs battle against someone that has higher rank than you (meaning that you are ready to request to be a sensei), that you have gained enough experience (missions) to actually see what you miss in battles and of course what is the thing you want to be your specialty, that you have developed strategy & tactics (since you are fighting with someone of higher rank than you)


You just don't want to lose the fun of making costums without seeing how "back stabbing" this is to you. You have for example 20 techniques you are so eager to keep them you don't see what you earn using this system.

For example someone who is a Jounin: He can be a Sannin in 25 days,getting trained under 4 different senseis and learn: 4th element, Battle training, KGs training, fuuinjutsu, advanced taijutsu and ninjutsu. All of them. Not to mention the experience he/she will get from the missions.

Bottom line: i don't agree with this.

I think you have to disallow all the old customs and make new custom justsu submission thread :/

Am I the only one who thinks 25 days, almost an entire month, is way too long of a wait?

I don't see why people have to wait that long... Why can't it be two weeks tops?... People will lose interest in fighting if they have to wait a month just to move up a single rank and use jutsus they want to use.

And as for the customs part, I think everybody should be allowed. Say for example someone gets an idea for a great custom jutsu. They would of submitted it, but they couldn't because they weren't a Sannin. Someone who is a Sannin might have the same idea later and post the jutsu and it gets approved. I would be very mad if something like that happenend to me... Perhaps for people who can't submit, we can have another thread to post what they wouldve posted in the Customs Thread so no one will take their idea... They won't be approved or declined, though.

The Custom Jutsus Idea thread or something like that. XD

Bottomline: I just want the wait to be a higher rank a shorter period of time (so other members and I won't grow bored waiting) and customs making should be allowed for everyone.

before I was a specail jounin and when became jounin able to make customs but soon when i was going to become jounin the new system started and now Im a chunnin who needs to wait a long long time before able to even make/use customs...

People care because customs = their unique style of fighting. Besides, it's fun making and using customs.

In the Naruto world, ninjas all have different abilities that no one else can use. That is why we make customs now, so we can have something great and no one will be able to use it.

While on the subject of customs, I cannot help noticing that the customs approved in the initial parts of the Custom Jutsu SUbmission thread before the stringwent restrictions were imposed, or the customs approved by the mods before the custom submission thread opened are overpwered when compared to the customs submitted later.

I would have no problem adjusting the rules now so that Jounins would be able to submit customs if we could review all the jutsus submitted, but unfortunately this can't happen, since we have almost 100 pages of jutsus submitted and that would cause a war. One of the reasons we made these rules, was to give you the chance to be all trained by all senseis so you can be an opponent experienced enough for these members who do have really strong customs, unfortunately most of people can't see far enough to see that.

And, yes, there will be a few members angry about this measure, but I maintain that the majority of NB users are rational people and will understand the reason behind this measure.

Yes it would be good to see the public opinion about this matter, although i am telling you that i don't know how the rest of mods & smods are going to like this suggestion. Also if you want to give examples of the jutsus you disagree with (before the changes) please do not name their creators.

Also if this gets done, I'm warning you all, no complains about jutsus lost, like some of you are doing now. First you wanted the post count to be eliminated and a fair judgement of the ranks and now you are still complaining -talking in general-.
