Its nto that im beeing sarcastic but i know what is box training when i had it 3 times a week with all these after trainign exercise i couldnt even walk the other days so if you go to gym and do weightlifting and have kickboxing how the hell are u stil alive unless you eat aminos and 6 times a day.
20% is to much for a kickboxer i must say.
180/80 is pointless unless you want to join fitness competitions, i had this weight for quite a long time but since i dont have ideal proportions it was useless one you brea your weight barrier you'll get much better results.
yh i eat alot of meals a day i hav a big brakefast then an hour later i hav another big meal
then lunch ,the i come home hav dinner go kick boxing come home eat again
no my mum makes sure i hav plenty of food ^^
yh i go 2 kick boxing twice a week monday and a thursday plus i go 2 the gym on a thursday for 2 hours with my school and agin on a saturday
but u gotta think bout it i 20% fat is 2 much for a kickboxer i do gym and weight lifting
