[Discussion] A Billionare is unhappy with his life!

To be honest now that I think about it, he is being a lil ***** to a certain extent. He could travel the world and see things. He could take on a challenge that no one was able to take on before.When I say challenge, I mean create something that will change the world or cure an illness or something along those lines. This will allow him to put all his energy into something.

Even when you have it all deep down inside you still feel empty. That is why too much of everything is never good for you.

Money's function isn't to bring happiness, it's to allow you to be happy/happier.

Pretty childish replies in this thread. People have different mindsets and perspectives. What makes someone happy isn't the same thing as what makes the next person content. There are people in East Asian countries that choose a very frugal existence for spirituality and give up almost all of their worldly possessions. According this thread, they must be the saddest people in the world.

Then you have those people who are middle class and desire money whilst living in competitive urban cities where money is everything. They are unhappy because they do not have resources, but they want more as an easy lifestyle is what they covet.

Then there are some with money, but after attaining that goal, it all seems pointless. What this man is suffering from is a complete lack of motivation and life goals. Stating that he's dumb just because he doesn't share your life perspectives is ****ing idiotic. He doesn't want the same things out of life that you people do. He wants some kind of meaning out of it.

Now what that 'meaning' is, is a different set of possibilities for different people. I really wish him happiness as he seems very down-trodden even with all that money. Nothing is worse than being restless and the feeling of lack of contentment from life. Many end it because of this sole reason.
