I don't know where you got that the idea that Minato could beat all 3 of these guys by himself. I'm a huge Minato fan, but even i recognize that he doesn't have chance against all 3 of these guys on his own, but if you throw in Jiraiya like you said than i believe they'll win.

Seriously though he is super smart and a great tactician. He even can take down Superman because he has kryptonite as a weapon against the Supe should he ever go bad. I am pretty sure he made plans like that for all superheroes. I know Spiderman is Marvel and Batman is DC but he probably still knew about him and figured out a way to beat him. That is how good Batman is.

Get real, batman can not beat superman, superman has the speed faster than a bullet...no human will even see him let alone beat him. He has laser shooting eyes, so he could easily kill him from a distance.
