I don't know how The academy do their testing and stuff. So just bare with me XD Enjoy, read and review.

Chapter 4: Hakus day at the Academy
Haku POV
Well today is the day, my first day of the Ninja Academy. I got up from my bed, at around 5:40am. Which I say isn't bad, since my mom is always up at this hour. Looking around my room and just smiled, being bless to finally be living with a family and one who really takes care of me. I couldn't believe how our week was, coming back from the land of waves. To people miss treating my mother. Because she hug and asked Naruto if he knew where I was. To resturant owners kicking her out or raising the price to a ridiculas amount.
Why? I keep asking myself that...Why make both Mia and Naruto's life harder, than they were before? I was chit chatting away, during my catch up about the Leaf Village history. With Yugao explaining to me about Mia's life, along with Yamato and Sho. Telling me that we are more alike, then any one thinks. I was an Orphan, because of my blood line. Mia was a orphan, because she lost her mom and dad. Which no one wanted to help her, because of being a Orphan and a full grown adult. Since she graduated as a ninja.
After getting out of bed and hearing my mom groaning and slamming her hand in the next room. I giggle at that since she hated waking up with a loud noise. But remember her saying that, the reason she bought the alarm clock. Was so she can get things done and out the door with in only a few minutes. Which that was my cue, I ran to the drewer and grab a set of clothes. From Jose's shop, along with my very own school bag. Putting scrolls and other valuble items to help me for school.
Got my hair sorted out, with the bangs hanging off from each cheek. Which I frustraited about that, never knewing how long my hair grew. But my mom and the people who are nice to us. Really love it and said I shouldn't change it in the world. Walking up to the Mirror and checking to see if anythings out of place. Which I glad there wasn't and nodded in satisfaction.
Once I headed downstairs, I almost trip over my feet. Seeing my mom didn't bother to get change yet and was still wearing her cloths from yesterday. Which earn another giggle from me and a boast full laugh. After seeing her response to me, with lazy eyes blinking and mouth slightly open. "Good morning Kaa-san", I said to her, whom let out a big yawn and wave at me. While letting me know that Breakfeast is done and ready.
Which I happily ate it and got a few chit chats to her. Once my food was done and wash my plate. Kissing my moms cheek, telling her to have a nice day and was out the door. With one last glance through the window. Saw my mom shook her head and smiled, yeah I definitaly believe a miracle wanted us to meet. With the rising sun shining. I went off to find the Academy and hopefully become a ninja!
Couple minutes walking through the streets. I started waving and smiling to those, who greeted me with happy faces. Along with good mornings and how are you doing, while at the same time. Asking me if I was going to follow my mothers foot steps. Which I shouted "I hope so", which made some of them let out chuckles and giggles. Boy today was going to be great!
I spotted Ino not to far, at the flower shop. Which indicaited I was going the right way and good thing too. I feel like having company with my walks, though have heard rumors about her and Sakura always walking together in a rival. But after meeting up with Ino and the others, it seem like she was back on track. Though she still speaks highly of this...Uchiha? I think thats how you pronounce it. But after some time spending with her and the other guys, along with Hinata. Her view of the boy went from worship. To a stick in the mud, which shock Sakura alot. Consisdering they both were after the same target and affection.
Course it took alot of groans and stuff from Naruto and Shikamarus constant. "trouiblesome" catch phrase. To make the girl listen, so I did what came natural. Slightly bop Ino at the back of the head and told her to listen when some one was talking to her. Which she was about to protest...But quickly change to friendly Ino when she look at me and Hinata. Weird? Yes, yes it is. When me and Hinata asked if she was alright. She let out a huge sigh and said how, her rivaly with Sakura was so bad. She littarly made her mental self. Think Sasuke is this awesome ninja who can defeat any one with out lifting a finger.
Before Naruto started his rant of why they think Sasuke is so cool. I went into a full conversation and lecture about Ninjas. That I learn from my mom, which really interested the 5 there. Once Kiba came along to try his best to show off again, but sat down seeing everyone paying attention to me. Explaining how a Ninja, is nothing but cannon fodder if they were to work alone. While at the same time, saying how he/she cannont truly be strong. Or could defeat single target without, Brains, Knowledge and tactical situations. While also trying to be cunning and keeping things hidden from others. Including if they were a friend, that a ninja's best weapon is to decieve their oppenets.
Then went into another lecture about, why we are form into a 3 man and 4 man cell. It was weird and felt embarrasing how everyones eyes were so tranplated on listening. After I was done, everyone and I use this term loosely, everyone in the park. Were about 50 kids and 50 parents all clapping and wide eye and started chatting to each other and me. Heck even my mom got bombarded along with Yugao and Sho. Every one had better understanding of what it was to be a ninja, heck the kids and parents were all cilvillians. While even if Naruto was there, all grew more respectful and understand what the blond was going to do.
But doesn't mean he gain their trust...
Comining back to reality and seeing Ino turning around and with a huge bright smile. Slowed her pace and was walking with even steps with me. She was really a good friend, I'm surprise how much we got along. Heck we manage to get Hinata to not studder around us any more, but still around Naruto.
Which I had to laugh every time the girl will faint in front of Naruto. While he is oblivious to her reason of fainting, I was told by Hinata in secret, that Naruto saved her from these bullies and was about to aid him. But her Hyuuga guide pulled her away and said to not bother helping the boy.
I was really furious about that and why he told her that. Which she shook her head, indicating she had no answers for it.
Back out of my musing, I felt Ino poking me the entire time with a goofy grin. Seeing how long it will take me to notice it. Boy, I must've not been paying attention. Consisdering I look to my right to see a smiling Hinata. That came to us about 20 minutes ago shocking me, that I didn't realize I was being poked. We all had to laugh at that. Ino saying if I were to ever go into meditation and work on my Chakra control. She said I would be probaly be right up there in skills with Sakura's chakra control.
Which I heard was impressive for a cilvillian. Along with Hinata, but told her that I'll probably won't have the control, like a hyuuga. all 3 of us nodded at that fact. Since Hyuugas chakra control was really good. But lack in the capacity and stamina to actually work on Ninjutsu skills. Especially when the council forbid of using any Jutsu outside the clans Hyuuga style.
"So Haku? Is every thing going okay with you and your mom?" Ino asked me, hoping not to open wounds. Which I'm glad she was worried about us and saw Hinata nodding in the same question. I then explain to them about the plan my mom and I came up with. bringing the two to slightly lower their jaws and well. Ino with a huge grin that could match Narutos, with Hinata shy smile with her eyes closed.
"Thats great! Definatly a great plan. Since she will be able to complete so many, with her shadow clones and herself at the same time." Before she could continue though, we heard a noise and me covering my eyes a bit. I never knew some ones hair could be so bright and...Pink? Oh this must be Sakura Haruno that Ino talked about. Yup definatly a big fore head there too. fits the discription.
"Hey Ino pig, Hinata and...Huh? Whos this?" She asked, while walking along with us. Introducing myself to Sakura. She had one eye brow lifted and looked between me and Hinata. Figureing that I don't look anything like a hyuuga, while caculating in her head of the possibility of there being a half blood hyuuga. Though I was almost ready to strike her, including ino for saying something I thought I would never get upset about.
"Man, someone must've taking pity on you. Since you don't look anything like a Hyuuga", she finished. While shriek a bit, when Hinata stop both me and Ino from attacking her. Causing us to blink our eyes, sensing how truly strong Hinata was, by just standing between us and Sakura. Composing my self, I just stomp my foot and continue to head towards the academy. In all honesty, I tried my best to not let it get to me and never realize I was stomping. Ino and Hinata follow suit. With a confused Sakura standing there with the dumbist look ever.
"What did I say? Pfft...Softies are so hypocritical", she said. Of course loud enough for all of us to hear, this time. Both Ino and Hinata grab me and just push me towards the school. Ino saying Fore head aint worth the trouble and that I can peg her down or two in school. Which I just glared at the pink hair girl. Oh yeah, I can definatly tell she will cause trouble for me.
1st day of school.
"Alright Class, before we start our lessons. I will like to introduce our new student for us." I heard the teacher said through the door. Standing next to the open door waiting for my cue to enter, which Iruka sensei introduce himself to me before everyone enter their classes. While also meeting with my mom and actually knowing her personally too.
Boy his grin grew and grew. Saying how Naruto told him about me and whisper into my ear. Like a older brother. Telling me to not let Naruto know he is telling me this, but said that. Naruto told him I was prettier than Sakura. Which left me to blush badly at the time, never recieving a compliment like that from a boy. But was told he haves this un-denying crush on Sakura.
So I felt kinda bad for Hinata, but was surprised by her response though. Saying everyone goes through that kind of phase. Which was very true, pre-teens always have a few crushes. When I ask her about her feelings for Naruto? Boy she fainted before saying anything and I was told by Ino. That Hinata lititerly stal- or says watches the boy. But whisper stalking at the end. I couldn't help to giggle and went wide eye. Her love for Naruto was real.
Then shook my head after I heard my name being called by Iruka-sensei. "Haku hyuuga? Please come in", I saw him smiling at me. He heard about mom adopting me and was very proud of her. Now if mom could only Adopt Naruto, boy it will feel good to have a brother. Whoa...Better not say that to her. Or eles she will freak. Poking my head through to see how many are in. Surprise to see Ino and Hinata waving at me. Well Ino more pronounce while Hinatas was more silent. I heard Iruka chuckle a bit.
Walking inside to the center of the room. I got a better view of the class, almost everyone I met at the park was here! I was very happy and brought a huge smile a cross my face. "Well Haku, I believe there won't be much introduction involve. But everyone this is Haku Hyuuga. She will be studying and staying with us to learn." He announced, while I bow and said hello to everyone and with them saying hi back. Except a few who were blushing a bit.
While a boy just hmph and raise one hand up and back down...Okay? This must be Sasuke Uchiha that Naruto and Ino were talking about. After being told to take any seat. I nodded and walked up the rows.
I felt...Very un-easy with alot of glares from the girl majority, except Ino and Hinata. Since some of the guys wanted me to sit next to them. Kiba wanted me to sit next to him too, though getting a bit history lessons. From Mom, saying that male Inazukas act impulsive sometimes and told me. To try and stay away from any males of Inazukas. Especially since I'm not in a clan.
I shook my head to Kiba and he just shrug and understood why. I really didn't know him very much to sit by him. Seeing a seat near Hinata and a cross from Ino. I sat next to the girl who smiled at me, while Ino moved to our side and surprised us. The girl really liked hanging out with me. Ever since we first met at the park. Ino and Hinata were very close friends to me in the 4 days we met. Along with Shikamaru, Choji and Naruto. I would say Kiba is my friend, but I never knew him long enough and he doesnt tend to sit down long enough to chat.
After learning and listening to Iruka's lessons, I notice how some of the girls were fawning over Sasuke. I really wonder what was so special about the boy? He look like everyone eles in the group? "Hey?" I whisper to Ino, who looked up with her eyes towards me. "What is so special about Sasuke?" I quietly asked, which Ino looked towards the boy and scouff at him. Saying the reason the girls are fawning over him. Is because he was the last member of his clan. Which surprised me a bit, felt pity to the boy...But thats about it. Pity, since my mom told me about how the Uchihas think so highly of themselfs and thought they were better. Put me in a sour mood about it.
Then came the throwing lessons, which Iruka told us that he will gives us 30 minutes to get ready and meet him outside. After getting our papers and tests away, I was still chit chatting with Hinata and Ino. We didn't realize the girls came up to us. Which made Ino sigh and turn to the 6 girls that was standing infront of us.
"Hey Ino? Who's the new girl?" They asked her, which Ino rolled her eyes and told them.
"Didn't you hear Iruka? Her name is Haku!" She announced while putting a hand on my shoulder. Which I bow a bit to them and raised back up. Seeing their confuse looks while, looking between me and Hinata like Sakura did. They better not make a remark...
"Oh? Hinata? Does Hyuuga's allow adoption?", They all asked her which, made us three confuse. Leaning me to look along with Ino at Hinata. Who looked up in thought and brought a finger on her chin. Corner of my eye, I could've sworn I saw Naruto stare at Hinata a bit, while shaking his head with a blush. So...He does have a slight crush to hi..OH Okay, Hinata's statuse of Clan heir makes him keep a distance.
Hinata then slightly nodded. "It is, as long our clan gets permission. From hokage and the elders of the Hyuuga clan. Though not so sure...", she replied while tapping her fingers a bit. Being shy from the attention. Which me and the rest of the girls nodded, then something kinda surprised me and made Ino and Hinata leer a bit.
"So Haku? What do you think of Sasuke? Isn't he dreamy and awsome!" They shouted at once, along with Sakura who join in. Seeing Sakura there, I just huff and retorted.
"Oh please...Because of his status and being a clan? I see him just like any other person, I meet on the streets", I said proudly with my arms cross under my chest. Feeling that Hinata and shockingly! Ino, proud for me to announced that, seeing the girls glareing at me, like I have 2 heads, along with Sakura fuming.
"You heard her girls! And I heartly agree with Hakus decision", Sakura and the girls were surprised to hear Ino said that, was an understatment. She was the one who started the club along with Sakura. The girls then just mutter something under their breath and left. I felt very shakey for odd reasons. I guess standing up to those girls, was causing me to feel afraid. But I had Hinata and Ino rubbing my back and happy how I stood up for myself. Though Sakura had other things to say...
"You stupid Baka! Sasuke is the most awsome, best ninja, all round guy! Your still new here so, it will take awhile for you to know the guy." She said with a smile. That really scared me...She was obsess with the boy no doubt. But her love for him...Wow its for real. Unlike the other girls in this class.
"Sakura...Dear listen", I tryed to say nicely as I could. Feeling Ino and Hinata to tense a bit. "As I will forgive you for calling me stupid. Since you don't know me very much either. I just dont", moving my eyes up a bit. Trying to make sure this get through to her thick head. "See Sasuke as this amazing guy, that you and the other girls are talking about...So, until I see Sasuke being...Social or remotely nice to others. Then I will re-consisder him being a good person...Okay?" Which Sakure eyes soften a bit and look in thought. Then leer at me a bit and smiled. I hope it got through to her...
"Alright, but till you do. Sasuke is still mine", She said walking out proudly and left the room. Leaving me to be slight confused by this none the less. Atleast she understood my feelings for Sasuke is very neutual. Ino and Hinata then told me that, Iruka is going to be mad if we didn't make it to the throwing test.
Throwing range...
After lining up with the students and Iruka-sensei with Mizuki-sensei. Watching and evaulating the test resaults. I notice how some of these kids, were actually pretty good. Although when Naruto went up to the plate, I felt a disturbance in the air and saw Hinata lower her head. Trying to release what ever that disturbance was. Looking at Ino who was confused, shurg her shoulder wondering whats wrong. I whisper to her that there was slight disturbance in the air. Which her eyes widen sensing it. Nice Ino! Whip her head towards Naruto whacking me with her pony tail. Apologizing about that which I rub my cheek, saying it was alright.
Once Naruto threw the Shurikens, it went and crashed every where. Missing his targets completely. While I panick and grab a shuriken right out of thin air with a needle. Which made me pale so badly and gulp. With Ino and Hinata rushing to me and seeing if I was okay, though Hinata asked what was the needle for.
I blink and saw the spinning shuriken come to a stop. Ino slwoly grabbing the weapon from me and Hinata keeping me in place. Then examine the needle that I picked up from the weapon line up. "Haku? Are you into senbons?" She asked with a smile and Ino clapping quietly, saying how I deflected that Shuriken from thin air was amazing.
After hearing Iruka shout to Naruto and saying he failed. Then I was called next. Which I shook off the sudden shock and ran up. Telling Naruto that he did great, along with Ino and Hinata nodding. Making the blond to be shock and smiled, while punching my arm playfully. Making Iruka smile and I saw Mizuki sneer, mutter something that mad me lose confidence...Started with Demon and slave at the end. Which I just really lost my self confidence...Probably didn't go un-notice by the 3.
"Hey? Whats wrong? You will do great", Naruto, Ino and Hinata all said at once. Surprising all three, with Hinata eeping and quickly look away from the boy. While Ino and Naruto chuckle. I mouth thank you to them. Bringing my confidence back up again...Only slightly though.
Getting into position, I felt the disturbance again and looked over to Mizuki whom quickly put his hands down. Smiling a fake smile, I notice Iruka was confuse and walked up to me. "Something wrong Haku?" he asked me. Which I used my finger to come here fashion. Wanting to whisper to him. With him leaning forward with his ear to me.
"Iruka? Did you use any chakra influence?" I asked quietly, getting him to look at me surprised. Then leer slightly behind him, figuring it out finally.
"Naruto! After Haku and Sasuke are done. Can you do it again after Hinata?" He asked the boy, which Shikamaru raise an eye brow. Wondering if Iruka finally caught on and smile towards me. Nodding in my direction which I nodded back. I knew Shikamaru figure it out. I was inform about Shikamaru having high senses about things. He probably wonder if any one will notice the chakra change, which he inform me. When Ino, Hinata and I came out here, he told us to focus and concentrait deeply during this test.
While saying that, Sakura and Sasuke would've felt it with no problem. But notice how they just ignore it, when ever Naruto came up.
So I position myself and felt the chakra disturbance was gone. From Iruka's back to Mizuki. He held up a hand sign up and quietly said Kai/Release.
So getting ready, I looked at all the targets. That I need to strike with good aim. Grabbing the senbons up and getting ready to throw them. I notice my vision became a bit blurry and came back to focus. I better get this over with, before I get into serious trouble... I threw all my senbons and sadden. Seeing 4 of them going off course and landed near by a wall. While the rest hit my targets.
Giving me a 76% in my score. Which I told Iruka to keep it like that, I'm not much of a over achiever. That and it was a passable score. Walking back to Ino, while Sasuke took his stance, I notice the chakra flucture was back to normal. Making me give a silent growl. Turning my head slightly towards Mizukis grinning face. Ino noticing this also, glare at the man.
Now knowing why Naruto failed. Though told me, that Naruto aim haven't been improving that much. I asked why? Telling me that before Mizuki came, Naruto's aim has been the same, except maybe 2 or 1 landing. But remember the one year, Naruto by luck got all 10 perfect. But was told he failed the test.
So we came up with the conclusion...Some one was altering his scores. Seeing Hinata coming back with a slight sad and proud face. She score a 72% and told me that she didn't wanted me to feel bad. Before I began to ask her why, she said. "I always get 72% with my throwing", she reply with a smile while Ino, nodded in understanding. Before long, I thought Sasuke already went, but he wanted Hinata to go first. Which whisper, wanted to distrought her more and bring her down. So he went up next and did a 100% score. Keeping himself at the rookie of the year. Hinata looked down a bit, while the girls announce. That Sasuke is the greatest, along with Sakura adding the fuel. Rubbing my ears.
Naruto came up the 2nd time, before he went.
"Hold on Naruto. Mizuki? I forgot something at the class...Can you go and take those who finished minus. Haku, Ino and Hinata to the class?" He asked with a smile. Making Mizuki shrug his shoulders and told the class to follow him. Wow? Was he that gullable? He probably figure that the Jutsu was still active.
Iruka turning back, saw Me, Naruto, Hinata, Ino, Shikamaru who still hasn't gone. Smile at Iruka along with Choji. "Mou, you finally figure it out Iruka sensei?" Shikamaru announced. Leaving some of us confused. Well mostly Naruto and Choji.
"Yeah Shikamaru...Sorry I didn't believe ya", he apologize while rubbing the back of his head. Which Shikamaru just shurg and thus our throwing test renew. Without hindrence, I still got a 76% score so that wasnt a fluke on my end. Which everyone was glad and so was I. It wasn't alter at all, just my aim needs work. I'm still new at being a ninja. So thats understandable.
Over all score for all of us was.
Haku 76%, Hinata 72%, Naruto 57%, Ino 68%, Shikamaru 50% and Choji 65%
Now it was the Jutsu portion of school. Though apparently Sakura have told the girls. About my opinion of Sasuke and I was getting death glares very badly and felt kill intent from them all...It felt like the land of waves again.
So one by one just like the throwing test. We are called indivitually and it was my turn. Oh god no...I don't know anything about Jutsu! So walking up to Mizuki and Iruka, who was slightly looking at Mizuki hoping he wasnt planning to mess any up. But saw him taking a snooze. Then smiled at himself and nodded towards me.
"Alright Haku...Give me a Substitution." He asked me, which I was surprised. He wanted me to do the basics? Umm...okay? I try to concentrait my chakra as much as possible. focusing on one of the chairs to switch with. But instead some how, I switched with Sakura for odd reasons, I guess was still mad about her this morning. Sakura looking around confused and look back at me. Shock as well as I am, then glared at me. Muttering something about Orphans getting away with things. Naruto must've felt my Ki and grab me before, I went after Sakura along with Sasuke keeping a firm grip on my shoulder. Almost breaking it, which Naruto swipe his hand off and ask if I was okay.
I nodded and stood back infront of Iruka with a sigh. Iruka shaking his head probably from me. Sensing more kill intent coming from the girls. Shrinking my head a bit and Iruka smiling at me and said its alright.
"Okay, you did better than expected. Takes a good control to switch with a person", he announced with Naruto giving me a thumbs up. Along with Ino and Hinata clapping for me, atleast I know who my real friends were...Next thing was the Shadow clone. Oh boy, this might be bad. I can't make a clone and know nothing about them...Wait? Kage bushin? Oh good...I saw my mom used Shadow Clones before and thought he wanted me to use that version. Okay easy as pie. I did the hand sign and shouted Shadow clone jutsu.
Poof...I only made 1 clone. I sweat drop a bit, seeing myself next to me. Was definatly still a surprise. Especially when my moms one clone, transform into her younger self and chatted with me like a sister. Dispelling it away and watching Iruka nodding impressed, for a new comer to pull it off. I too was kinda shock, I blush deeper hearing Naruto and Ino both clapping to me along with Hinata, Choji and Shikamaru was even clapping.
Got a hmph from Sasuke and Sakure saying beginners luck along with the girls. Guu why does that girl inferiate me!
Iruka was also clapping along with Mizuki who whistle. Oh now your going to play nice huh? Then Iruka wanted me to transform into Hokage. But warn him that I never saw Hokage yet, which he chuckle and nodded with Mizuki too. Yeah...Hes going to now act nice because I can do basic jutsus...Then I thought someone to transform into and boom! I was standing there as my mom when she was a kid. Shocking everyone and Iruka, saying Hinata in surprised. I blinked at that and turn to Hinata, who was still sitting at her desk. Then back to Iruka and tilted my head.
Mizuki who was breathing from that. Pulled out a mirror and said. "For a minute Haku, I thought you switch with Hinata there."
I was surprised myself. Seeing how Hinata and my mom look almost identicle with the looks. Only diffrence with the two. Was my mom's body was matureing early and had Blue short hair and dark blue eyes. Transforming myself back to normal and was told to sit back at my seat. Saying I pass the jutsu portion.
Either than that, everything eles went pretty well. I was now marching along down the streets and jumping to the side. Doding out of the way and seeing one of my mom's clones, chasing Tora the demon cat. I was laughing at that and continue my way down the road. Where the more unfriendly citizens lived. They were glareing at me a bit, but kept their distance and said nothing to me. Making me feel like I'm not welcome here in the village.
After getting a few distance from this one house, I was suddenly hit in the back of my head. With a rock, making me fall forward and landed flat on the ground. Groaning from the impact and felt little blood. Small luckily, not life threatening and turn to the direction where it was thrown. Was a boy being pulled in by the mother saying. "Good job honey, yes you did reliquinsh the demon minion", the mother said. I was tick...Beyond tick, if people said my mom haves a short temper. Well I inherit it quite fine from her. But alas, I ignore the threat and continue on. With some people shaking their heads and bravely step up to me and whipe off the injurie and was very nice to me.
I even told them a little about Naruto helping me out in school, while making me feel welcome. Then some of the children wanted to know, if I had any ninja powers. I shook my head no but remember my Ice jutsu, that my mom mention to me. Making that ice flower when we first met...Putting my hand out and creating a ice flower, the same I made for my mom. Everyone was smiling when the children were laughing and giggling when I handed them the flowers. When they asked me who kid I was, I said Mia. Which made them grin even bigger.
"WELL ITS ABOUT DARN TIME! Whos the husband?" They all asked. Which I face faulted on the ground, giggling at the image of my mom. Growling and muttering about not falling in love. After recovering, I then told them I was adopted and made everyone blush and apologised. Which I told them it was okay.
Now I was reaching near Ichirakus section. But before I could enter the shop to get a snack. I was suddenly grab by the arm and toss up into the wall. Opening my eyes from wincing, I saw all the girls from class and including Sakura. Were all standing infront of me with death glares...I panic and panic and was shouting for help. After the girls started beating me up and hurting me, I scream out for my mom. Over and over and told them to stop. Even Sakura was just standing there, not knowing what was going on. Asking them what they were doing.
I smiled at that...Sakura did listen to me after all...Sure, she probably still going to be harsh with me. But either way, she will respect my opinion of Sasuke and that all it matters. Hearing and feeling my mom's pressence, all the girls ran and left me on the ground, bruised and bleeding a bit. But it wasn't just my mom who came. The reason every one ran. Was because Naruto and Ino saw this and came running to aid me along with my mom. I lost concious for a few minutes, before being grab and picked up to Ichirakus...
Feeling a damp cloth on my head, along with wincing in pain. Feeling ointment being rub on too my wounds. I woke up slightly, to see a masked person starring at me along with Naruto and Ino. But I didn't freak out...Why? Cause it was my mothers hands taking care of me, shifting my eyes to Ino and Naruto. Even Sakura was there terrified and tear full eyes.
"Hi...What did I miss?" I asked then look and saw Tuechi and Ayame were breathing relief of fresh air, while informing my mom. That they will get some Ramen ready for me and more water. Water?
"Don't move Haku. Seems like one of the girls, had a jutsu that was de-hydrating you", she said. Looking towards the other 3. Seeing them relieve that I was okay, all help me sit on the stool. With Ino holding my front. My mom keeping me steady by the shoulder. Then glared at Sakura...
"Haruno! Why didnt you call for help!?" She screamed, causing the girl to flinch and sunk her shoulders down a bit. Saying that she didn't know, they would go and do this. Which I nodded to my mom, letting her know that Sakura wasn't in on the idea. Leaving Ino and Naruto to soften their looks.
"Well...Sakura, if you think the girls are going to do this again. Let me or Naruto know. Okay?" Ino asked with a friendly smile, making her smile too and nodded. Knowing that Naruto was really fast. Ino though wasn't fast, but can get news a cross quickly. Smelling the ramen, my mom took her mask off and grab the bottle. Getting me to drink it, so I can quickly get my thirst back and H2O that was suck dry from my body. Recovering my strength back, I lean forward on the counter letting out a sigh of air. From drinking the water bottle.
Then Ino started helping feeding me with the Ramen. Playing and making sound effects, making everyone to chuckle along with Naruto and Sakura. Seeing my mom just a cross two stools. chuckling, "Okay! I know when I'm out help", she said with a chuckle and smileing along with Teuchi and Ayame.
After awhile and chatting with my friends, minus Sakura. Sure she is here, but deep down. Shes just here so she wouldn't get in trouble. Like any child will do when they are in trouble. Seeing my mom, throwing daggers all over the city. Dareing any one to challenge her or mess with her child.
Boy...I wasn't expecting my first day of school to be like this. Though through out the summer, it got worse and worse. But I pulled through and toughing myself. Along with the help of Ino, Hinata, Naruto, Choji, Shikumaru, kiba, Shino. Who was impress that I wasn't creep out of his bugs. But explain to him that my mom haves a phobea of bugs. Which raise an eye brow. When he visited, I was surprised beyond belief. How well my mom was keeping herself under control near the insects.
Though found out Shino, told his hives to stay home for the day. While giving a rare smile to my mom. Thanking the boy for understanding her dilemma. Which he nodded and join me and my group of friends. Sakura tryed to join in with us, but Ino protected me like a sister. Saying that she wasn't invited unless Haku said she was.
Its true, I didn't invite her any of the times during the summer. Why? Well, I over heard along with the others. That she was sorry that the plan failed with the ambush. Along with making things harder and difficult for me in the school and field trips.
I just hope it wouldn't be like this during the graduatrion test.

Chapter 4: Hakus day at the Academy
Haku POV
Well today is the day, my first day of the Ninja Academy. I got up from my bed, at around 5:40am. Which I say isn't bad, since my mom is always up at this hour. Looking around my room and just smiled, being bless to finally be living with a family and one who really takes care of me. I couldn't believe how our week was, coming back from the land of waves. To people miss treating my mother. Because she hug and asked Naruto if he knew where I was. To resturant owners kicking her out or raising the price to a ridiculas amount.
Why? I keep asking myself that...Why make both Mia and Naruto's life harder, than they were before? I was chit chatting away, during my catch up about the Leaf Village history. With Yugao explaining to me about Mia's life, along with Yamato and Sho. Telling me that we are more alike, then any one thinks. I was an Orphan, because of my blood line. Mia was a orphan, because she lost her mom and dad. Which no one wanted to help her, because of being a Orphan and a full grown adult. Since she graduated as a ninja.
After getting out of bed and hearing my mom groaning and slamming her hand in the next room. I giggle at that since she hated waking up with a loud noise. But remember her saying that, the reason she bought the alarm clock. Was so she can get things done and out the door with in only a few minutes. Which that was my cue, I ran to the drewer and grab a set of clothes. From Jose's shop, along with my very own school bag. Putting scrolls and other valuble items to help me for school.
Got my hair sorted out, with the bangs hanging off from each cheek. Which I frustraited about that, never knewing how long my hair grew. But my mom and the people who are nice to us. Really love it and said I shouldn't change it in the world. Walking up to the Mirror and checking to see if anythings out of place. Which I glad there wasn't and nodded in satisfaction.
Once I headed downstairs, I almost trip over my feet. Seeing my mom didn't bother to get change yet and was still wearing her cloths from yesterday. Which earn another giggle from me and a boast full laugh. After seeing her response to me, with lazy eyes blinking and mouth slightly open. "Good morning Kaa-san", I said to her, whom let out a big yawn and wave at me. While letting me know that Breakfeast is done and ready.
Which I happily ate it and got a few chit chats to her. Once my food was done and wash my plate. Kissing my moms cheek, telling her to have a nice day and was out the door. With one last glance through the window. Saw my mom shook her head and smiled, yeah I definitaly believe a miracle wanted us to meet. With the rising sun shining. I went off to find the Academy and hopefully become a ninja!
Couple minutes walking through the streets. I started waving and smiling to those, who greeted me with happy faces. Along with good mornings and how are you doing, while at the same time. Asking me if I was going to follow my mothers foot steps. Which I shouted "I hope so", which made some of them let out chuckles and giggles. Boy today was going to be great!
I spotted Ino not to far, at the flower shop. Which indicaited I was going the right way and good thing too. I feel like having company with my walks, though have heard rumors about her and Sakura always walking together in a rival. But after meeting up with Ino and the others, it seem like she was back on track. Though she still speaks highly of this...Uchiha? I think thats how you pronounce it. But after some time spending with her and the other guys, along with Hinata. Her view of the boy went from worship. To a stick in the mud, which shock Sakura alot. Consisdering they both were after the same target and affection.
Course it took alot of groans and stuff from Naruto and Shikamarus constant. "trouiblesome" catch phrase. To make the girl listen, so I did what came natural. Slightly bop Ino at the back of the head and told her to listen when some one was talking to her. Which she was about to protest...But quickly change to friendly Ino when she look at me and Hinata. Weird? Yes, yes it is. When me and Hinata asked if she was alright. She let out a huge sigh and said how, her rivaly with Sakura was so bad. She littarly made her mental self. Think Sasuke is this awesome ninja who can defeat any one with out lifting a finger.
Before Naruto started his rant of why they think Sasuke is so cool. I went into a full conversation and lecture about Ninjas. That I learn from my mom, which really interested the 5 there. Once Kiba came along to try his best to show off again, but sat down seeing everyone paying attention to me. Explaining how a Ninja, is nothing but cannon fodder if they were to work alone. While at the same time, saying how he/she cannont truly be strong. Or could defeat single target without, Brains, Knowledge and tactical situations. While also trying to be cunning and keeping things hidden from others. Including if they were a friend, that a ninja's best weapon is to decieve their oppenets.
Then went into another lecture about, why we are form into a 3 man and 4 man cell. It was weird and felt embarrasing how everyones eyes were so tranplated on listening. After I was done, everyone and I use this term loosely, everyone in the park. Were about 50 kids and 50 parents all clapping and wide eye and started chatting to each other and me. Heck even my mom got bombarded along with Yugao and Sho. Every one had better understanding of what it was to be a ninja, heck the kids and parents were all cilvillians. While even if Naruto was there, all grew more respectful and understand what the blond was going to do.
But doesn't mean he gain their trust...
Comining back to reality and seeing Ino turning around and with a huge bright smile. Slowed her pace and was walking with even steps with me. She was really a good friend, I'm surprise how much we got along. Heck we manage to get Hinata to not studder around us any more, but still around Naruto.
Which I had to laugh every time the girl will faint in front of Naruto. While he is oblivious to her reason of fainting, I was told by Hinata in secret, that Naruto saved her from these bullies and was about to aid him. But her Hyuuga guide pulled her away and said to not bother helping the boy.
I was really furious about that and why he told her that. Which she shook her head, indicating she had no answers for it.
Back out of my musing, I felt Ino poking me the entire time with a goofy grin. Seeing how long it will take me to notice it. Boy, I must've not been paying attention. Consisdering I look to my right to see a smiling Hinata. That came to us about 20 minutes ago shocking me, that I didn't realize I was being poked. We all had to laugh at that. Ino saying if I were to ever go into meditation and work on my Chakra control. She said I would be probaly be right up there in skills with Sakura's chakra control.
Which I heard was impressive for a cilvillian. Along with Hinata, but told her that I'll probably won't have the control, like a hyuuga. all 3 of us nodded at that fact. Since Hyuugas chakra control was really good. But lack in the capacity and stamina to actually work on Ninjutsu skills. Especially when the council forbid of using any Jutsu outside the clans Hyuuga style.
"So Haku? Is every thing going okay with you and your mom?" Ino asked me, hoping not to open wounds. Which I'm glad she was worried about us and saw Hinata nodding in the same question. I then explain to them about the plan my mom and I came up with. bringing the two to slightly lower their jaws and well. Ino with a huge grin that could match Narutos, with Hinata shy smile with her eyes closed.
"Thats great! Definatly a great plan. Since she will be able to complete so many, with her shadow clones and herself at the same time." Before she could continue though, we heard a noise and me covering my eyes a bit. I never knew some ones hair could be so bright and...Pink? Oh this must be Sakura Haruno that Ino talked about. Yup definatly a big fore head there too. fits the discription.
"Hey Ino pig, Hinata and...Huh? Whos this?" She asked, while walking along with us. Introducing myself to Sakura. She had one eye brow lifted and looked between me and Hinata. Figureing that I don't look anything like a hyuuga, while caculating in her head of the possibility of there being a half blood hyuuga. Though I was almost ready to strike her, including ino for saying something I thought I would never get upset about.
"Man, someone must've taking pity on you. Since you don't look anything like a Hyuuga", she finished. While shriek a bit, when Hinata stop both me and Ino from attacking her. Causing us to blink our eyes, sensing how truly strong Hinata was, by just standing between us and Sakura. Composing my self, I just stomp my foot and continue to head towards the academy. In all honesty, I tried my best to not let it get to me and never realize I was stomping. Ino and Hinata follow suit. With a confused Sakura standing there with the dumbist look ever.
"What did I say? Pfft...Softies are so hypocritical", she said. Of course loud enough for all of us to hear, this time. Both Ino and Hinata grab me and just push me towards the school. Ino saying Fore head aint worth the trouble and that I can peg her down or two in school. Which I just glared at the pink hair girl. Oh yeah, I can definatly tell she will cause trouble for me.
1st day of school.
"Alright Class, before we start our lessons. I will like to introduce our new student for us." I heard the teacher said through the door. Standing next to the open door waiting for my cue to enter, which Iruka sensei introduce himself to me before everyone enter their classes. While also meeting with my mom and actually knowing her personally too.
Boy his grin grew and grew. Saying how Naruto told him about me and whisper into my ear. Like a older brother. Telling me to not let Naruto know he is telling me this, but said that. Naruto told him I was prettier than Sakura. Which left me to blush badly at the time, never recieving a compliment like that from a boy. But was told he haves this un-denying crush on Sakura.
So I felt kinda bad for Hinata, but was surprised by her response though. Saying everyone goes through that kind of phase. Which was very true, pre-teens always have a few crushes. When I ask her about her feelings for Naruto? Boy she fainted before saying anything and I was told by Ino. That Hinata lititerly stal- or says watches the boy. But whisper stalking at the end. I couldn't help to giggle and went wide eye. Her love for Naruto was real.
Then shook my head after I heard my name being called by Iruka-sensei. "Haku hyuuga? Please come in", I saw him smiling at me. He heard about mom adopting me and was very proud of her. Now if mom could only Adopt Naruto, boy it will feel good to have a brother. Whoa...Better not say that to her. Or eles she will freak. Poking my head through to see how many are in. Surprise to see Ino and Hinata waving at me. Well Ino more pronounce while Hinatas was more silent. I heard Iruka chuckle a bit.
Walking inside to the center of the room. I got a better view of the class, almost everyone I met at the park was here! I was very happy and brought a huge smile a cross my face. "Well Haku, I believe there won't be much introduction involve. But everyone this is Haku Hyuuga. She will be studying and staying with us to learn." He announced, while I bow and said hello to everyone and with them saying hi back. Except a few who were blushing a bit.
While a boy just hmph and raise one hand up and back down...Okay? This must be Sasuke Uchiha that Naruto and Ino were talking about. After being told to take any seat. I nodded and walked up the rows.
I felt...Very un-easy with alot of glares from the girl majority, except Ino and Hinata. Since some of the guys wanted me to sit next to them. Kiba wanted me to sit next to him too, though getting a bit history lessons. From Mom, saying that male Inazukas act impulsive sometimes and told me. To try and stay away from any males of Inazukas. Especially since I'm not in a clan.
I shook my head to Kiba and he just shrug and understood why. I really didn't know him very much to sit by him. Seeing a seat near Hinata and a cross from Ino. I sat next to the girl who smiled at me, while Ino moved to our side and surprised us. The girl really liked hanging out with me. Ever since we first met at the park. Ino and Hinata were very close friends to me in the 4 days we met. Along with Shikamaru, Choji and Naruto. I would say Kiba is my friend, but I never knew him long enough and he doesnt tend to sit down long enough to chat.
After learning and listening to Iruka's lessons, I notice how some of the girls were fawning over Sasuke. I really wonder what was so special about the boy? He look like everyone eles in the group? "Hey?" I whisper to Ino, who looked up with her eyes towards me. "What is so special about Sasuke?" I quietly asked, which Ino looked towards the boy and scouff at him. Saying the reason the girls are fawning over him. Is because he was the last member of his clan. Which surprised me a bit, felt pity to the boy...But thats about it. Pity, since my mom told me about how the Uchihas think so highly of themselfs and thought they were better. Put me in a sour mood about it.
Then came the throwing lessons, which Iruka told us that he will gives us 30 minutes to get ready and meet him outside. After getting our papers and tests away, I was still chit chatting with Hinata and Ino. We didn't realize the girls came up to us. Which made Ino sigh and turn to the 6 girls that was standing infront of us.
"Hey Ino? Who's the new girl?" They asked her, which Ino rolled her eyes and told them.
"Didn't you hear Iruka? Her name is Haku!" She announced while putting a hand on my shoulder. Which I bow a bit to them and raised back up. Seeing their confuse looks while, looking between me and Hinata like Sakura did. They better not make a remark...
"Oh? Hinata? Does Hyuuga's allow adoption?", They all asked her which, made us three confuse. Leaning me to look along with Ino at Hinata. Who looked up in thought and brought a finger on her chin. Corner of my eye, I could've sworn I saw Naruto stare at Hinata a bit, while shaking his head with a blush. So...He does have a slight crush to hi..OH Okay, Hinata's statuse of Clan heir makes him keep a distance.
Hinata then slightly nodded. "It is, as long our clan gets permission. From hokage and the elders of the Hyuuga clan. Though not so sure...", she replied while tapping her fingers a bit. Being shy from the attention. Which me and the rest of the girls nodded, then something kinda surprised me and made Ino and Hinata leer a bit.
"So Haku? What do you think of Sasuke? Isn't he dreamy and awsome!" They shouted at once, along with Sakura who join in. Seeing Sakura there, I just huff and retorted.
"Oh please...Because of his status and being a clan? I see him just like any other person, I meet on the streets", I said proudly with my arms cross under my chest. Feeling that Hinata and shockingly! Ino, proud for me to announced that, seeing the girls glareing at me, like I have 2 heads, along with Sakura fuming.
"You heard her girls! And I heartly agree with Hakus decision", Sakura and the girls were surprised to hear Ino said that, was an understatment. She was the one who started the club along with Sakura. The girls then just mutter something under their breath and left. I felt very shakey for odd reasons. I guess standing up to those girls, was causing me to feel afraid. But I had Hinata and Ino rubbing my back and happy how I stood up for myself. Though Sakura had other things to say...
"You stupid Baka! Sasuke is the most awsome, best ninja, all round guy! Your still new here so, it will take awhile for you to know the guy." She said with a smile. That really scared me...She was obsess with the boy no doubt. But her love for him...Wow its for real. Unlike the other girls in this class.
"Sakura...Dear listen", I tryed to say nicely as I could. Feeling Ino and Hinata to tense a bit. "As I will forgive you for calling me stupid. Since you don't know me very much either. I just dont", moving my eyes up a bit. Trying to make sure this get through to her thick head. "See Sasuke as this amazing guy, that you and the other girls are talking about...So, until I see Sasuke being...Social or remotely nice to others. Then I will re-consisder him being a good person...Okay?" Which Sakure eyes soften a bit and look in thought. Then leer at me a bit and smiled. I hope it got through to her...
"Alright, but till you do. Sasuke is still mine", She said walking out proudly and left the room. Leaving me to be slight confused by this none the less. Atleast she understood my feelings for Sasuke is very neutual. Ino and Hinata then told me that, Iruka is going to be mad if we didn't make it to the throwing test.
Throwing range...
After lining up with the students and Iruka-sensei with Mizuki-sensei. Watching and evaulating the test resaults. I notice how some of these kids, were actually pretty good. Although when Naruto went up to the plate, I felt a disturbance in the air and saw Hinata lower her head. Trying to release what ever that disturbance was. Looking at Ino who was confused, shurg her shoulder wondering whats wrong. I whisper to her that there was slight disturbance in the air. Which her eyes widen sensing it. Nice Ino! Whip her head towards Naruto whacking me with her pony tail. Apologizing about that which I rub my cheek, saying it was alright.
Once Naruto threw the Shurikens, it went and crashed every where. Missing his targets completely. While I panick and grab a shuriken right out of thin air with a needle. Which made me pale so badly and gulp. With Ino and Hinata rushing to me and seeing if I was okay, though Hinata asked what was the needle for.
I blink and saw the spinning shuriken come to a stop. Ino slwoly grabbing the weapon from me and Hinata keeping me in place. Then examine the needle that I picked up from the weapon line up. "Haku? Are you into senbons?" She asked with a smile and Ino clapping quietly, saying how I deflected that Shuriken from thin air was amazing.
After hearing Iruka shout to Naruto and saying he failed. Then I was called next. Which I shook off the sudden shock and ran up. Telling Naruto that he did great, along with Ino and Hinata nodding. Making the blond to be shock and smiled, while punching my arm playfully. Making Iruka smile and I saw Mizuki sneer, mutter something that mad me lose confidence...Started with Demon and slave at the end. Which I just really lost my self confidence...Probably didn't go un-notice by the 3.
"Hey? Whats wrong? You will do great", Naruto, Ino and Hinata all said at once. Surprising all three, with Hinata eeping and quickly look away from the boy. While Ino and Naruto chuckle. I mouth thank you to them. Bringing my confidence back up again...Only slightly though.
Getting into position, I felt the disturbance again and looked over to Mizuki whom quickly put his hands down. Smiling a fake smile, I notice Iruka was confuse and walked up to me. "Something wrong Haku?" he asked me. Which I used my finger to come here fashion. Wanting to whisper to him. With him leaning forward with his ear to me.
"Iruka? Did you use any chakra influence?" I asked quietly, getting him to look at me surprised. Then leer slightly behind him, figuring it out finally.
"Naruto! After Haku and Sasuke are done. Can you do it again after Hinata?" He asked the boy, which Shikamaru raise an eye brow. Wondering if Iruka finally caught on and smile towards me. Nodding in my direction which I nodded back. I knew Shikamaru figure it out. I was inform about Shikamaru having high senses about things. He probably wonder if any one will notice the chakra change, which he inform me. When Ino, Hinata and I came out here, he told us to focus and concentrait deeply during this test.
While saying that, Sakura and Sasuke would've felt it with no problem. But notice how they just ignore it, when ever Naruto came up.
So I position myself and felt the chakra disturbance was gone. From Iruka's back to Mizuki. He held up a hand sign up and quietly said Kai/Release.
So getting ready, I looked at all the targets. That I need to strike with good aim. Grabbing the senbons up and getting ready to throw them. I notice my vision became a bit blurry and came back to focus. I better get this over with, before I get into serious trouble... I threw all my senbons and sadden. Seeing 4 of them going off course and landed near by a wall. While the rest hit my targets.
Giving me a 76% in my score. Which I told Iruka to keep it like that, I'm not much of a over achiever. That and it was a passable score. Walking back to Ino, while Sasuke took his stance, I notice the chakra flucture was back to normal. Making me give a silent growl. Turning my head slightly towards Mizukis grinning face. Ino noticing this also, glare at the man.
Now knowing why Naruto failed. Though told me, that Naruto aim haven't been improving that much. I asked why? Telling me that before Mizuki came, Naruto's aim has been the same, except maybe 2 or 1 landing. But remember the one year, Naruto by luck got all 10 perfect. But was told he failed the test.
So we came up with the conclusion...Some one was altering his scores. Seeing Hinata coming back with a slight sad and proud face. She score a 72% and told me that she didn't wanted me to feel bad. Before I began to ask her why, she said. "I always get 72% with my throwing", she reply with a smile while Ino, nodded in understanding. Before long, I thought Sasuke already went, but he wanted Hinata to go first. Which whisper, wanted to distrought her more and bring her down. So he went up next and did a 100% score. Keeping himself at the rookie of the year. Hinata looked down a bit, while the girls announce. That Sasuke is the greatest, along with Sakura adding the fuel. Rubbing my ears.
Naruto came up the 2nd time, before he went.
"Hold on Naruto. Mizuki? I forgot something at the class...Can you go and take those who finished minus. Haku, Ino and Hinata to the class?" He asked with a smile. Making Mizuki shrug his shoulders and told the class to follow him. Wow? Was he that gullable? He probably figure that the Jutsu was still active.
Iruka turning back, saw Me, Naruto, Hinata, Ino, Shikamaru who still hasn't gone. Smile at Iruka along with Choji. "Mou, you finally figure it out Iruka sensei?" Shikamaru announced. Leaving some of us confused. Well mostly Naruto and Choji.
"Yeah Shikamaru...Sorry I didn't believe ya", he apologize while rubbing the back of his head. Which Shikamaru just shurg and thus our throwing test renew. Without hindrence, I still got a 76% score so that wasnt a fluke on my end. Which everyone was glad and so was I. It wasn't alter at all, just my aim needs work. I'm still new at being a ninja. So thats understandable.
Over all score for all of us was.
Haku 76%, Hinata 72%, Naruto 57%, Ino 68%, Shikamaru 50% and Choji 65%
Now it was the Jutsu portion of school. Though apparently Sakura have told the girls. About my opinion of Sasuke and I was getting death glares very badly and felt kill intent from them all...It felt like the land of waves again.
So one by one just like the throwing test. We are called indivitually and it was my turn. Oh god no...I don't know anything about Jutsu! So walking up to Mizuki and Iruka, who was slightly looking at Mizuki hoping he wasnt planning to mess any up. But saw him taking a snooze. Then smiled at himself and nodded towards me.
"Alright Haku...Give me a Substitution." He asked me, which I was surprised. He wanted me to do the basics? Umm...okay? I try to concentrait my chakra as much as possible. focusing on one of the chairs to switch with. But instead some how, I switched with Sakura for odd reasons, I guess was still mad about her this morning. Sakura looking around confused and look back at me. Shock as well as I am, then glared at me. Muttering something about Orphans getting away with things. Naruto must've felt my Ki and grab me before, I went after Sakura along with Sasuke keeping a firm grip on my shoulder. Almost breaking it, which Naruto swipe his hand off and ask if I was okay.
I nodded and stood back infront of Iruka with a sigh. Iruka shaking his head probably from me. Sensing more kill intent coming from the girls. Shrinking my head a bit and Iruka smiling at me and said its alright.
"Okay, you did better than expected. Takes a good control to switch with a person", he announced with Naruto giving me a thumbs up. Along with Ino and Hinata clapping for me, atleast I know who my real friends were...Next thing was the Shadow clone. Oh boy, this might be bad. I can't make a clone and know nothing about them...Wait? Kage bushin? Oh good...I saw my mom used Shadow Clones before and thought he wanted me to use that version. Okay easy as pie. I did the hand sign and shouted Shadow clone jutsu.
Poof...I only made 1 clone. I sweat drop a bit, seeing myself next to me. Was definatly still a surprise. Especially when my moms one clone, transform into her younger self and chatted with me like a sister. Dispelling it away and watching Iruka nodding impressed, for a new comer to pull it off. I too was kinda shock, I blush deeper hearing Naruto and Ino both clapping to me along with Hinata, Choji and Shikamaru was even clapping.
Got a hmph from Sasuke and Sakure saying beginners luck along with the girls. Guu why does that girl inferiate me!
Iruka was also clapping along with Mizuki who whistle. Oh now your going to play nice huh? Then Iruka wanted me to transform into Hokage. But warn him that I never saw Hokage yet, which he chuckle and nodded with Mizuki too. Yeah...Hes going to now act nice because I can do basic jutsus...Then I thought someone to transform into and boom! I was standing there as my mom when she was a kid. Shocking everyone and Iruka, saying Hinata in surprised. I blinked at that and turn to Hinata, who was still sitting at her desk. Then back to Iruka and tilted my head.
Mizuki who was breathing from that. Pulled out a mirror and said. "For a minute Haku, I thought you switch with Hinata there."
I was surprised myself. Seeing how Hinata and my mom look almost identicle with the looks. Only diffrence with the two. Was my mom's body was matureing early and had Blue short hair and dark blue eyes. Transforming myself back to normal and was told to sit back at my seat. Saying I pass the jutsu portion.
Either than that, everything eles went pretty well. I was now marching along down the streets and jumping to the side. Doding out of the way and seeing one of my mom's clones, chasing Tora the demon cat. I was laughing at that and continue my way down the road. Where the more unfriendly citizens lived. They were glareing at me a bit, but kept their distance and said nothing to me. Making me feel like I'm not welcome here in the village.
After getting a few distance from this one house, I was suddenly hit in the back of my head. With a rock, making me fall forward and landed flat on the ground. Groaning from the impact and felt little blood. Small luckily, not life threatening and turn to the direction where it was thrown. Was a boy being pulled in by the mother saying. "Good job honey, yes you did reliquinsh the demon minion", the mother said. I was tick...Beyond tick, if people said my mom haves a short temper. Well I inherit it quite fine from her. But alas, I ignore the threat and continue on. With some people shaking their heads and bravely step up to me and whipe off the injurie and was very nice to me.
I even told them a little about Naruto helping me out in school, while making me feel welcome. Then some of the children wanted to know, if I had any ninja powers. I shook my head no but remember my Ice jutsu, that my mom mention to me. Making that ice flower when we first met...Putting my hand out and creating a ice flower, the same I made for my mom. Everyone was smiling when the children were laughing and giggling when I handed them the flowers. When they asked me who kid I was, I said Mia. Which made them grin even bigger.
"WELL ITS ABOUT DARN TIME! Whos the husband?" They all asked. Which I face faulted on the ground, giggling at the image of my mom. Growling and muttering about not falling in love. After recovering, I then told them I was adopted and made everyone blush and apologised. Which I told them it was okay.
Now I was reaching near Ichirakus section. But before I could enter the shop to get a snack. I was suddenly grab by the arm and toss up into the wall. Opening my eyes from wincing, I saw all the girls from class and including Sakura. Were all standing infront of me with death glares...I panic and panic and was shouting for help. After the girls started beating me up and hurting me, I scream out for my mom. Over and over and told them to stop. Even Sakura was just standing there, not knowing what was going on. Asking them what they were doing.
I smiled at that...Sakura did listen to me after all...Sure, she probably still going to be harsh with me. But either way, she will respect my opinion of Sasuke and that all it matters. Hearing and feeling my mom's pressence, all the girls ran and left me on the ground, bruised and bleeding a bit. But it wasn't just my mom who came. The reason every one ran. Was because Naruto and Ino saw this and came running to aid me along with my mom. I lost concious for a few minutes, before being grab and picked up to Ichirakus...
Feeling a damp cloth on my head, along with wincing in pain. Feeling ointment being rub on too my wounds. I woke up slightly, to see a masked person starring at me along with Naruto and Ino. But I didn't freak out...Why? Cause it was my mothers hands taking care of me, shifting my eyes to Ino and Naruto. Even Sakura was there terrified and tear full eyes.
"Hi...What did I miss?" I asked then look and saw Tuechi and Ayame were breathing relief of fresh air, while informing my mom. That they will get some Ramen ready for me and more water. Water?
"Don't move Haku. Seems like one of the girls, had a jutsu that was de-hydrating you", she said. Looking towards the other 3. Seeing them relieve that I was okay, all help me sit on the stool. With Ino holding my front. My mom keeping me steady by the shoulder. Then glared at Sakura...
"Haruno! Why didnt you call for help!?" She screamed, causing the girl to flinch and sunk her shoulders down a bit. Saying that she didn't know, they would go and do this. Which I nodded to my mom, letting her know that Sakura wasn't in on the idea. Leaving Ino and Naruto to soften their looks.
"Well...Sakura, if you think the girls are going to do this again. Let me or Naruto know. Okay?" Ino asked with a friendly smile, making her smile too and nodded. Knowing that Naruto was really fast. Ino though wasn't fast, but can get news a cross quickly. Smelling the ramen, my mom took her mask off and grab the bottle. Getting me to drink it, so I can quickly get my thirst back and H2O that was suck dry from my body. Recovering my strength back, I lean forward on the counter letting out a sigh of air. From drinking the water bottle.
Then Ino started helping feeding me with the Ramen. Playing and making sound effects, making everyone to chuckle along with Naruto and Sakura. Seeing my mom just a cross two stools. chuckling, "Okay! I know when I'm out help", she said with a chuckle and smileing along with Teuchi and Ayame.
After awhile and chatting with my friends, minus Sakura. Sure she is here, but deep down. Shes just here so she wouldn't get in trouble. Like any child will do when they are in trouble. Seeing my mom, throwing daggers all over the city. Dareing any one to challenge her or mess with her child.
Boy...I wasn't expecting my first day of school to be like this. Though through out the summer, it got worse and worse. But I pulled through and toughing myself. Along with the help of Ino, Hinata, Naruto, Choji, Shikumaru, kiba, Shino. Who was impress that I wasn't creep out of his bugs. But explain to him that my mom haves a phobea of bugs. Which raise an eye brow. When he visited, I was surprised beyond belief. How well my mom was keeping herself under control near the insects.
Though found out Shino, told his hives to stay home for the day. While giving a rare smile to my mom. Thanking the boy for understanding her dilemma. Which he nodded and join me and my group of friends. Sakura tryed to join in with us, but Ino protected me like a sister. Saying that she wasn't invited unless Haku said she was.
Its true, I didn't invite her any of the times during the summer. Why? Well, I over heard along with the others. That she was sorry that the plan failed with the ambush. Along with making things harder and difficult for me in the school and field trips.
I just hope it wouldn't be like this during the graduatrion test.
