A 5th pirates of the caribbean

To those who like the Caribbean series should look into seeing the next up coming Pirate film because I look forward to seeing it as well it's going to be a blast!

I dont know, the 4th wasnt all that great. It just seemed like it was trying to hard to be the first 3 films. Im probably still gonna see the 5th (if its made) just out of respect for the original 3, but im not holding my breath for it

I feel the same way. After the third, to me the franchise lost its magic.

i've seen all the movies ,big fan of the series and captain jack sparrow but to be honest i liked the first three movies better with orlando and keira ,the fourth movie was good though

So first it was a Trilogy, then it became a Quadrogy and now a Fiveology???

It shouldn't be a surprise to anyone. When the third film ended they announced that they would continue the franchise without Orlando Bloom and Kiera Knightly and have it mainly revolve around Jack Sparrow's adventures. Likewise, they announced their intention to film a 5th (and 6th) movie ages ago

I believe I've heard a few rumors that Bloom and Knightley will come back into the franchise at some point, though I'm not sure when or if it's true. Personally, I like the fourth film as much as I do the other three even without them, but I'd definitely like to see them back in the later films.

without the actor dynamic between depp bloom and knightly the 4th seemed lack luster imo, id still watch it again,it wasnt bad, but it just lacked a certain presence the first three movies had, a familiarity i guess, maybe im just talking out of my ass :shrug: but i dont think ill be paying to see another one if its like 4
