One of the 3 great Doujutsu, the Rinnegan has, like the other, the ability to see chakra and the chakra flow of individuals. It also allows the user a great clarity of perception and tracking abilities, although its levels vary from user to user. Dispicted as the eyes of the SO6P, the Rinnegan awaken on Madara Uchiha after he obtained his EMS and implanted Hashirama's Senju cells in himself. Having both lineage from the SO6P allowed him to awake the Rinnegan. When Madara activates the Rinnegan, he seems to not suffer any kind decrease in his EMS abilities in terms of tracking speed, clarity of perception or seeing chakra. Eventually his eyes were bestowed upon Nagato Uzumaki and in him manifested lower abilities (equal or comparable to a 3 Tomoe Sharingan). While Nagato was never able to deactivate his eyes, Madara could switch at will between his EMS and Rinnegan eyes, although he wasn't able to go from 3 Tomoe to Rinnegan directly. Eventually Obito transplanted Nagato's (and subsequently Madara's) Left Rinnegan into himself. By doing so he gained access to both Doujutsu at the same time although losing the ability to deactivate the Rinnegan and as such, losing chakra constantly to maintain it.
Note: Constantly passively active in Nagato and Obito bios
Note: Requires activation (spending move) for Madara bios but remains active indefinetely afterwards if the user chooses to. After having a complete Madara bio with Rinnegan for 1 month, user becomes able to switch between both doujutsu without spending a move. User needs to have activated EMS before and had it active for 1 full turn.

having been lead off on a mission with his squad through the ninja world had come across a strange man. No one he had seen before. Guy, outstretched his arm directing his squad to stay behind while he approached the stranger. Upon getting closer The mans eyes become visible. The Rinnegan. In a recent war with Konoha, Guy had encountered a man by the name of Nagato who possessed the same eyes. He was aware of the power they granted, though he knew they would hold a lot more secrets. Most surprising to Guy was that this man in no way looked like Nagato. He didn't think it was possible for another man to possess the legendary doujutsu.

With another swift arm movement, he relayed another signal to his team: Escape. Aware of the power this mans eyes possessed, he didn't want them to have to deal with what would ensue.

Suddenly, the man sprung into action. With the ground beginning to violently shake, Guy is forced to also immediately react. Also seeing his opponent throw kunai meant his next action was crucial. The shaking made it difficult to maintain any balance, so as Guy lowered his body stance he wrapped his arms in wind and struck the ground in front of him. Doing so dislodged the earth, launching large chunks of earth to block the kunai but also allowing guy to 'grip' the earth, and regain his balance.

Description: This technique is specialised for those who have great control over their wind chakra. This is usually used in close combat where the user will release their wind chakra around a part of their body covering them in wind. This wind is rotating around their body like a rasengan wrapped around a limb. Due to it being the users chakra and not that strong, it wont hurt the user, which can be quite painful if an opponent is hit by it. When someone/something is hit by this wind created be the user, it will great a burst of wind on impact from the user, creating seveal wind slashes forwards which can cause 2 inch cuts on an opponent.

Note: can stay active for 2 turns at a time
Note: Can't use fire jutsu at the same time

With the man approaching fast, Guy darts to his left before stopping and darting back towards the man. Arroaching, with his arms still wrapped in wind, he uses his left hand to throw a punch aimed under the ribcage, and following up with a second open palmed strike using his right hand to your sternum. Finishing with his legs just over shoulder width apart and his left hand sitting at his hip.

Taking advantage of this he times the expected contact with the punch and expels the sword of kusanagi from his mouth intercepting the wind infused punch while theres no chance to pull the punch back, stunning him by having his chakra infused in the sword and then Orochimaru proceeeds to swipe his legs from underneath him and stomp him in the nuts 5 times..

Taking the form of a double-edged jian, Orochimaru retrieves his Kusanagi by opening his mouth and extending a snake which then opens its mouth and produces the sword, either with the sword handle first so he could use it freely, or blade first to attack his opponent instantly. The sword can quickly extend and retract its blade to attack from long distances and cut through almost anything of A rank and below. The retraction and extending ability is so fast that upon impact it can produce an S-Rank damage. The sword is indestructible.
Note: extending and retracting the sword counts as a move and spends 40 chakra per use

Then while the opponent is on the ground, the user repeatedly stomps on the enemy's scrotum, causing severe abdominal pain that forces the opponent into the fetal position.

Getting in close, at the last moment a sword is projected from the mouth of Guy's opponent. The close proximity means no escaping the blow, and it pierces his left arm. Though the wind spinning around his arm would have been able to push it aside, even if a little, to reduce the effect of the blow. But with the contact, Guys body becomes mostly unresponsive.

Having his legs swept from underneath him, he lands on the ground. Though as his hand touches the ground, bloodied from the blood dripping down after being pierced, a toad appears next to the strange man and proceeds to slam into him from his left, knocking him away moments before his foot makes contact with Guy's family Jewels.

Description: The user will quickly summon a generic, human sized, warrior toad that slams into the target dealing heavy damage. The toad is human sized and brings with him a katana. Upon being summoned the toad already carries momentum towards the target, making this a very fast technique. Once it hits the target or is countered, he disperses.
Note: Can only be summoned by signers of the Toad Contract

With Guy's body still being mostly unresponsive, he does whatever he can to keep track of you from the ground. While doing so he begins releasing a mass amount of chakra into the atmosphere around him.

(Fūton: Kū Sora ) – Wind Style: Spirit Void

Description: A technique simple in nature, but extremely effective, Spirit Void was one of Roy Mustang's own creation. Versed in it's defensive capabilities, the jutsu begins once the user channels and sends a a copious amount of his chakra into the skies above, ranging from short to long range all around. Following this ensues an unpredictable and quick movement of visible Wind in the skies, continuously flowing and swerving, seemingly without purpose before heading downwards and disappearing into nothing. However, purely through the users will (or through hand/leg/general body movement for cosmetics) the user can harness the wind power to create a defence which leaves the user unharmed. When seeing an incoming attack, through will the user controls the wind around the jutsu and forms it around the incoming attack, where the Wind would then slices/cut through it and/or blows it away, depending on the nature of the attack. For example, an Earthen projectile could be sliced and cut until it is no longer a danger, whereas a Water attack would be blown back. Of course when being used to defend, the Wind once again becomes visible to the naked eye, showing a green-ish hue. Although the process at the beginning appears to take time, when used within the same time frame of an incoming attack, the defense would be able to work just as well as any other Wind jutsu. This technique will only activate against techniques that it can neutralize (as an S-Rank Wind) and it will only activate once per turn and it cannot be stacked with other automatic defense jutsus.

~ Can only be taught by Erzo. This jutsu can be used twice, lasting four turns each time. Cannot be used consecutively, but instead with a one turn wait after four turns are up/the jutsu is deactivated. Although the user can manipulate this jutsu through will, thus allowing himself to remain unoccupied and free to perform other techniques, when used to defend against other techniques it will still count as one of the three allocated moves per turn.
