Hakumen seeing the pretty girl approach the grounds of a war ground... No. A slaughter house. Hakumen just found a village of evil ninja plotting to take out a village. Hakumen quickly annihilated the problem before it even became one. Bodys laying lifeless on the ground. The stench of blood everywhere, and yet this innocent looking girl seems to have no concern in the world. With hakumen body standing stiff he begins to talk with a trajectory type voice

Chelsea observed the dead bodies around her. The scenario was scary, but it wasn't the first time she was coming across such type of scenarios, the pain of seeing a large number of massacres and atrocities was hiding behind that cute and innocent looking face, since then she had lost the track of emotions or caring about dead beings. She was careless, because she knew what death means for a shinobi, a single mistake may lead to death of even the fierce shinobi, that's how shinobi world works and she was completely aware of that. Hence she faced Hakumen's questions with a confidence, because death was none other than unavoidable truth of life for her.
Do they scare me?... Yes, they do, but just a little bit. Probably that little fear is something that inspires me to get stronger and stronger.
Am I innocent?... No, I don't think so, nobody can be completely innocent in this shinobi world, rather cruel world won't let them be purely innocent and appearances can be deceiving they say.
What do I wish to gain by being mandalore?...
I want to gain power, power to withstand in this cruel world, power to protect myself and my fellow kinsman.
I want to gain respect, I want to have that pride of being part of a noble mandalore clan, because I want to die with pride.
I want to gain comrades, comrades I wish to protect and comrades, in turn will protect me.
That's why I want to become Mandalore...

Chelsea sees killing intent in Bakuman's eyes. Did I say something wrong?
She asked to herself, gets nervous a little bit, she then channels the chakra through her rather comfortable armor.
Her armor was quiet comfortable because she had worked on hard on it's design not before taking various factors into consideration. After channeling chakra, she observes that her armor is glittering with the rays of sun falling on it.
Damn, it is a sensational feeling, she says to herself as she waits for Hakuman's reaction.

Finally a fighting challenge, I was so much longing for thisss....
Chelsea was waiting for this moment, typically from the moment Hakuman showed his killing intent to her.
I won't hold back, so you better prepare yourself buddy..
She then channels chakra through her armor which on flow of chakra activates, giving out the silvery light that it had thrown earlier. The activation of armor gives her sudden strength boost, but first she decides it to use for something else as she channels her chakra through the jetpack of the armor and flies near the clone of opponent.
I think that's enough to teach you the lesson....
She then stands there waiting for her enemy to counter.

Hearing what Chelsea had to say, Anthony laughs a bit before saying the following sentence.
"Bakuman!? Haha! I believe that Hakuman would be angry for this!... Ah well, save the laughs for later. Let's see.. You did nothing hm. Go kill that clone over there *creates awesome immune clone* by showing your physical power."

Chelsea sees you creating clone at a distance. I am on it
She first gathers all her chakra and then channels it through her armor activating it, which gives her entire body a sensational feeling. Now that is what I call refreshing feel
After activating her armor she then runs towards the clone standing at long range from her initially, to engage him in CQC. She then stops at short range from your clone and then bends her left knee and then delivers a powerful ascending kick directed at the stomach of the clone.
Although your clone damages it a by moving sideways and then tries to attack her via punch, but her armor his powerful enough to withstand this weak attack.
Then Chelsea due to her activated armor and it's tracking abilities, tracks down your clones movement and then uses her left leg to deliver a sideway kick using backside of her other leg directed at the waist of the clone, sending him flying towards the right side.

Description: All Mandalorians have a basic armor, the armor they are given when they are first inducted into the clan. A members armor is special: It's designed for them by the leader of the clan. The Mandalorian armor is beyond the technology the rest of the world possesses. Even though all armors look different the abilities they posses are the same. As the member grows stronger he gains access to more of the technological advances, having his armor "upgraded". The armor has 2 sets of abilities: passive and active (that take up a move slot and do damage). The armor, being specifically made for the individual is perfectly in sync with his/her chakra system, it flows throughout them and their armor. This was the technological breakthrough the enabled the armor to function as a second skin for the ninja. Not only does it allow complete control over the armor through chakra pulses and chakra control but it also allows the user to release techniques that would otherwise be released from his skin or his mouth, etc from the armor, something that negates any limitation to the users ninjutsu usage, specially elemental.
Passive Abilities:
General
-Basic Protection: The Mandalorian armor is made of strong materials and infused with chakra, granting it resistance against weaker attacks. Free form Ninja tools and explosive tags, bladed weapons and attacks that do no damage (N/A) as well as simple taijutsu attacks (C rank) have no effect on the armor. The protection allows the user to remain undamaged for the most part when facing said attacks but cannot negate momentum or kinetic forces.
Helmet
-Gas Mask: The Mandalorian's helmet protects them from harmful gases, toxins or airborne pathogens. The helmet contains a breathing apparatus that filters harmful external agents in the air, allowing a degree of protection against said agents by purifying the air. In the case of enemy techniques, this protection works up to C-Rank techniques.
-Communication: The helmet contains a communication device linked to all other Mandalorians which uses chakra to transmit messages through great distances. It can even project images that the users sees.
Body Armor
-Heat/Cold and Electrical Protection: The Mandalorian armor, being infused with chakra and made from strong resistant materials protects the user from taking damage from high and low temperatures and electrical damage up to D-Rank. The armor cannot be short circuited but will face normal damage from anything above that rank, with temperature based attacks behaving normally (melting the armor if hot enough or freezing it if cold enough), same as it would with the users body, and lightning based attacks cutting through it.
Active Abilities:

-Enhanced Vision: The Mandalorian armor has a special visor that is powered by chakra, that enables the user to gain an advanced vision that can mimic the motion tracking speed of a 1 Tomoe Sharingan. This also allows a limited form of night vision (its use drains 5 chakra points per turn and its activation counts as a move).
-Chakra Sensing: The Mandalorian armor's helmet contains special chakra receptors that allow the user to gain spacial awareness of nearby chakra. This acts as a sort of rudimentary chakra sensing. The user cannot differentiate between different individuals chakra or elements and even assessing chakra levels is very difficult (chakra sensing drains 5 residual chakra points from the user per turn and its activation counts as a move). However, this basic chakra sensing is secondary to the main ability given by the chakra receptors in the helmet which is to monitor the users own chakra flow. The armor can alert the user about any alteration to the chakra flow through visual, auditory or tactile stimulus throughout his body. If the user so wishes, the user can release himself from the genjutsu with a sort of kai but without a hand seal, disrupting the chakra flow by having the armor "jolt" his own chakra flow (30 chakra cost, works on illusions up to A-Rank, usable once every 3 turns, counts as a move).

-Armor Strengthening: As the whole armor contains various chakra motors and enhances, the user can charge the whole armor with chakra to temporarily boost his physical abilities, namely his speed and his physical strength. Yeah I did some research when I joined the clan, it just proved helpful here.
Chelsea answered the clan leader's first question.
So as for your second question, I think it should be able to withstand it, since it is nothing but multiple weapons send towards me. I am not new to clan, so not sure about it....Ugh but ya reason is this according to me,

With that done, Anthony throws Chelsea into a Genjutsu where she sees the person dear to her (if any are there >_>) die in front of them. When that happens, the armor suddenly starts giving alert to its owner.
"The alert you just got from your armor is nothing but a warning that you are in a Genjutsu... The way to get out of it is very simple, just do a chakra surge throughout your body which will get you out of the Genjutsu."

Chelsea who already activated her armor and now aware of the fact that she is under genjutsu, gathers all her chakra and sends full body chakra surge throughout her armor. Since her body is connected to the armor via the chakra system, the chakra surge breaks her out of genjutsu and hence bringing her back to her senses.

She decided to focus all her attention to present and her training.
She again channeled her chakra through her deactivated armor and activated it. Her armor with which she got quiet accustomed with till now, got activated pretty quickly.
She then hold her breath, gathered all her chakra, focused at the bottom of her feat and then exerted it on the ground to jump as highly as possible, roughly the distance was about 6 meters in the air. She then channeled chakra through the holes beneath her feet to project herself in the air, making her go at even higher distance. She then continued doing so to hover in the air for about 4 minutes and then stopped the air, to land herself in front of you.
That was awesome experience, now I know how my summons feel like.xD
