-It will only be used as a last resort and only the original characters that posses the bijuus in the manga/anime can use it.
-There will be no one tail-9 tail mode but only one mode,bijuu mode.

you wont be permitted to use both and the chances are you will not be the 9 tailed bijuu

maybe the 6 tails as no one is that jinchuu yet so you may have chance at being him but

you cant garantee 9 tailes as there will be someone better than u with naruto bio to be

selected as the 9 tailed jinchuuriki

I dn't expext to be the 9-tails thats why i made a fail-safe bio whch is 6 tails if i dn't achve 9 tails xd

il help you make bubble jutsu but u said was u allowed the 9 tails and 6 tails but you will be

allowed naruto bio but without its 9 tailed ability.
