Terrain is a barren wasteland with no water source. I'll be using Ikkaku.

I'm looking for someone experienced and strong. Also, I'd prefer someone who'll reply actively and not just quit after a few moves o-o

It was a nice day, yadayada.
The sun was bright, the weather was blazing, and my tempers were most definitely flaring. What a terrible day. The lack of any excitement, any exhileration, anything even remotely entertaining, only served to infuriate me further, and accentuate the extreme discomfort I was feeling.
Trudging through the wasteland that was thoroughly bereft of life, I definitely didn't expect to meet anything out of the ordinary, much less a human.

Standing in the distance was a shemale - no, rather, a man of exceedingly short stature and with a visage so effeminate I mistook him for a female. In fact, the more I neared him, the more I doubted my initial judgement. How rare was it for me to find a man who would have passed off as a woman easily had it not been for his utter lack of curvature?

While it might seem zealous, even maniacal, for somebody to launch an assault on a random person he met almost immediately after encountering him, it seemed perfectly normal for me and my rather bloodthirsty nature.
As I called out to him to catch his attention, I stomped my right leg on the ground.

My utterance was clearly audible, even with you standing a good 10 meters away. It was a gesture of mere common courtesy, at least for me. Finding out the name of your foe - somebody who could become your murderer or victim, was a practice I performed every battle. Part honour, part hubris, I guess.

And your gender?

As I said this, three pillars of flames would erupt out of the ground around you abruptly. The pillars would engulf your entire body in its magnificent totality, and reduce you to nothing but a crisp should it be left undefended against.
As my preliminary attack unfolded, I watched on, anticipating your response.

"My name is Nagisa and-.. can't you even tell I'm a guy?!" the man before me surely appeared as a peculair individual, a man with a shiny bald head with what seems to be make-up? by his eyes but I'm not one to judge and as I watch you stomp your foot down onto the ground upon which the ground below me begins to shake I weave a quick handseal, materializing a flow of water below me which gushes upward in a rotating fashion the water covering my lower body while it expands outward dousing the flames. I then simply backflip off the water, sending the rotating mass of water into your direction to crash into you casually landing roughly two meters behind my original location while forming a single handseal upon which clouds gather in the sky and rain pours down upon the battlefield.

The rain falls from rain clouds, formed with the users own chakra. During this technique, the falling raindrops are closely linked to the users senses. When the rain is obstructed by a chakra belonging to someone the existence of the target can be detected. The rain will keep on falling until the user uses the seal to cancel it.

I surmised as much. Appearances can sometimes be misleading.

Upon seeing you materialize an abundance of water in response to my fire, I simply perform two hand seals in quick succession. They both serve to supplement the fire technique as it rises, and given the nature of the technique, is performed in virtually the same timeframe.
The first hand seal serves to envelope the blazing pillars as they rise in a layer of spiraling wind. The vortex grants the flames greater spead and power. The second hand seal causes the numerous rocks and rubble naturally found on the barren wasteland to gravitate upwards, and cloak the Fire/Wind pillars. The earth would grant the combination an abrasive edge, thus allowing it to deal more damage as a whole.

With these augmentations, the amalgam of Fire/Wind/Earth easily ploughs through the mass of water you created, and proceeds to obliterate your feminine body.

Description:The user simply forms the mundane Dragon hand seal, putting his hands together, outstretched at chest level, his arms pointing at whichever direction he pinpoints this technique towards. Essentially, in the desired direction of the user, the user will manipulate the air currents in that location, controlling the air to spiral in whatever manner he/she desires, forming a vortex of wind, by manipulating the currents, whose size can range from the size of a limb, accentuating to the size of a slightly overlarge human. It's most primary function, is to use it in conjunction with other elemental techniques. Due to this technique stemming from the manipulation of air currents, the user can, immediately after using an elemental technique, almost in quick succession use this, manipulating the air currents around the technique to spiral and spin, causing the technique sent to be given a spiraling motion, which further accentuates its strength and impact. This technique can be used in conjunction with any Fire, Water, Mud-based Earth Techniques, and even Wind techniques, though not Lightning, of whatever rank. The spiraling motion added to the technique would amplify its impact, increasing its damage by a rank(essentially, +20). In that manner, this technique works in a similar fashion to Wave of Inspiration, being capable of using it right after the previous technique, almost successively. When combined with this technique, the spiraling motion of any technique would cause it to move faster.

Description: This is a technique initiated almost in conjunction(that is to say, right after) with another technique. After performing a technique(which could be combined with this), the user simply chains another hand seal, initiating this, granting the technique it's additional boost. It would seemingly be performed in the timeframe of 1 move but would count as two. Through this technique, the user may, in any location of his choosing, choose to cause the rubble/soil sediments and small rocks/earth(if there are any present on the battlefield) to rise up. On its own, they possess little offensive capabilities. The most they could do would be to probably cause minor cuts and abrasions from the scraping of the rocks against the opponent’s skin. To a certain extent, it could cause irritation and obscure the opponent’s vision. Its true value, however, comes to light when combined with other techniques. When used in conjunction with Fire/Water/Earth/Wind techniques or other appropriate, logically speaking, feasible techniques, the additional rubble adds to the abrasiveness and overall power of the technique. This allows for greater impact and more severe injuries. Due to its supplementary nature, the technique may be initiated rather quickly, right after the previous technique. Alternatively, if the terrain does not provide any rubble/rocks on the ground needed for this technique, the user may simply expel the rocks from his mouth.

It's not as easy as I thought as the wind empowers the fire while seemingly immediately afterwards the rubble emerges from the ground around me, though it's nothing I won't be able to handle as I while still maintaining my previous handseal manipulate the water surrounding me to basically grow, creating an even larger mass of water exploding outwards in a 360 degrees fashion around me dousing the amplified flames with ease while the rubble is simply washed away by the mass of water which in turn floods the barren wasteland.

I gently land on the ground pretty much immediately after the water explodes outward and floods the battlefield, not wasting even a split second I wave my arm upward, the water which would've already reached you due to it's sheer mass then rises up from below you manifesting into a powerful vortex which shoots you upward with violent force. I however do not leave it at that and the instant the water would shoot you upward I weave a single handseal upon which the water around you seemingly freezes into solid ice while spikes shoot inward to skewer your body within it.

Description: Similar to the original, weaker technique, the Greater Ice technique allows the user to, by making a simple hand seal (Ram) produce walls, pillars, etc of snow or ice. The ice constructs are rather simple in nature but resilient and strong, with the user being able to materialize them anywhere short range (though from that point they can grow up to long range) from him from the moisture in the air. He can, however, use any proportional water source within short-long range of him to produce said constructs. These can also be directed and propelled as projectiles towards targets. In both cases, the size and possible uses are limited only by the users will, chakra and skill. It also allows the user to cool down existing moisture in the high atmosphere to bring down a snow storm, similar to the original technique yet stronger and faster acting. This snow storm will not directly harm anyone but is useful to cover the field in snow rather quickly (2 turns) and to hinder visibility, sense of touch and hearing on anyone caught inside. The user is not immune to these effects though and must spend 15 chakra points per turn to sustain the blizzard, while becoming unable to mold other elements than Water, Wind or Ice.

Even as my combination made its way towards you without much trouble, I didn't, for a moment, think that my victory was assured. I watched as the water you created earlier expanded with alacrity, quickly dousing the vitriolic combination I sent towards you. Given the cataclysmic clash of our techniques, a great abundance of steam would be created, whilst the remnants of your water technique flowed towards me.

The steam momentarily obscured my vision of you. No matter though, for I knew your general location already. As the water began to flood the battlefield, I simply performed a single hand seal, creating the majestic chassis of a water dragon out of the remaining source of water. The serpentine creature would, upon creation, seek to pummel your body with great force.

Hearken, Nagisa! Remember this name, Ikkaku Madarame - the name of your eventual killer.

Taking advantage of the momentary distraction caused by the dragon, as well as the thick layer of steam clouding your vision, I would throw four explosive-tagged kunai around me, onto the ground. After doing so, I would begin to run diagonally forwards, towards my right, your left.

The ideal place to use it is near a body of water, but if the user's skill allows it, it is possible to use it even in a place where there is none. The amount of water used will be in proportion with the user's skill as well as its power which can vary. Ninjas with a primary water specialty will be able to produce up to an S-Rank technique; ninjas with a secondary water specialty will be able to produce up to an A-Rank technique; normal water masters will produce the basic B-Rank technique. Tobirama was able to use this technique with a single hand seal showing testiment to his skill in water ninjutsu.

As my water cascades downward, spreading across the battlefield I see something being formed in the mist though not entirely visible I can tell it could prove troublesome and overlapping my arms before me in an x shaped fashion I create a spiked dome of ice around me which rises up in a rotating fashion with the spikes facing my right and after the collision with the water I thrust my arms outward, breaking down the dome into dozens of blades of ice which I send outward in a 360 degrees fashion all around me incase you might have used to mist to your advantage and move away from your initial location. My opponent seemed to be quite the talkative type but no matter, as the ice blades span outward around me the mist which would be spreading outward become thinner would no longer obscure my vision on a major level and as I look around I see a shimmer of you moving towards the area to my left.

Sliding out a total of two kunai, holding one in each hand I infuse both kunai with my wind chakra and throw them towards your location, slightly infront of you to account for your forward movement. One kunai is aimed for your upper body while the other travels at a lower angle towards the height of your knees.

Description: A Yuki clan member overlaps both their arms like an 'X' and creates a spiked dome of ice which raises up around them in a rotating fashion at a rapid pace with spikes facing outward slightly angled to one side. Due to the spikes anyone within short range of the user would be skewered by them. Then, if the dome is still intact the user extends both arms outward upon which the dome breaks down, spinning in the opposite direction from which it rose forming a rapidly rotating circle of blades of ice around the user which keeps spanning outward until the blades reach a mid ranged radius from the user. These blades can be manipulated to attack omnidirectionally around the user, or manipulated to attack any direction the user wishes.
Note: Can only be taught by Yukihira.

Oi, you deaf little squirrel! Did you hear me?

Whilst running, I took notice of you creating a dome of ice to provide you with an adequate defense against my ferocious water dragon. My dragon overpowered, the ice remaining proceeded to shape itself into numerous blades of ice. These blades were then released towards me in an omnidirectional manner, the blades seeking to hunt me down with obvious vitriolic intent.
In response, I simply stop in my tracks, and bend down in order to place my hands on the ground. With a rather apparent sense of alacrity, two panthers would be erected from the ground before. The panthers, full of enthuse, would, upon creation, gallop towards you effervescently, with seemingly boundless energy.
The body of the panthers, being made of Earth, would easily overpower the blades of ice on its way towards you, with the aim of mauling you viciously.

The user can take his hands of the ground and the jutsu will still be active however to control the panthers the user must bring his hands back to the ground. If the users hands are not touching the ground, the panthers will simply attack the opponent whenever they see him/her.
Note: can only be used by RockLeeGreenBeast and those he shares this jutsu with.

Note: Panthers must be destroyed with an approperate jutsu.
Note: Panthers disperse after 3 turns if they are not destroyed.

"Urusai-.." with two panthers charging towards me I bring my left hand toward my right, manifesting a chirping current of lightning around it before waving my hand across before me releasing the current in the shape of many small needles of lightning taking the panthers head on barraging into them leaving them to break down in useless rubble. Not wasting any time I clap my hands together, forming the snake handseal upon which I expel from my mouth a dense torrent of water towards the ground below me forming large waves at a blazing speed which rise me upward which then proceed to race forward towards you with me riding atop of it. Whilst riding the wave I take out a single kunai, infusing it with my wind chakra which I then throw straight towards your chest.

Because the technique requires no handseals and is done with simple hand movements, its extremely hard to avoid while in short range and quite dangerous to counter due to the precision attacks it can be used to perform
