Whateva sasuke did, we knw its very fast so much that madara couldn't track him. Judging from the way he quickly appeared from madaras front to his back(when he dodged his lightning attack) then it heavily implies that he is teleporting. If he can see guys movement then what's stopping sasuke from avoiding them with quick teleportation? I see sasuke taking this high dif.
