Actually, you don't need to manipulate time to transport to a target like Tobirama, Minato or Sasuke. You forgot that this is between Guy and Sasuke, but not about their speed against Madara.
Guy dashes forward at such an extreme speed that the space within the immediate vicinity of the technique is distorted, allowing him to bypass his target's defences. Sasuke is sure extremely fast with his new power, however we already know is very difficult to read where Guy spamming his running speed to make a circle around his opponent, even someone as Madara stated more than at least 3 times that Guy is very fast due to massive of power.

What i wanted to show you is that up until now Madara was able to see Guy s attack he even had the time to talk while with sasuke its different If sasuke can see guy s attack than he is definetly not hitting him after all it takes for sasuke is to teleport somewhere else and guy s attack would be renderd usless

I agree with your point, but do we know that Sasuke can teleport or manipulate the time? So we just have to wait, however since we already know he can use his eyes very well then yes he can teleport. In other words, Guy can easily destroy the whole battleground around the field to an empty space, which means Guy can catch Sasuke out of guard, and then leaves Sasuke to use Susano or something similar against Evening Elephant or Night Month. You can't really dodge or defend against Guy unless you have The Juubi's power, so in that case, Guy's attacks are so big and powerful that he was able to destroy Madara's Chakra Shell.

Gai has the speed and strength and i am in no way denying this but Gai can't hit someone that has ability to disappear instantly.​

You forgot that Guy can easily destroy the whole battleground to an empty space ( Difficult for Sasuke to avoid ) which means Sasuke don't even know what's happening and by then Guy comes with full speed and attacking him. You can't really defend yourself against someone who opened all the 8 Gates, unless you have Juubi's power that has the strongest defence and can cancel all jutsus rather than Susano. Guy breaks Susano is a fact, and we already knows that Tsunade was able to do it so Guy can do it as well.

You mentioned earlier that Sasuke can teleport, but here is the case... Madara stated himself that Sasuke cannot use his eye when the target gets away from him, including the battleground if Guy crush it, because that has enough power to send 100 000 of rocks towards Sasuke around the space along with Guy. If sasuke tries to teleport the time Guy using Night Month, then Guy can easily follow the distance between him and Sasuke. The rocks will just be in the way, and Guy can attack whenever he wants too.

It's common sense that his ability is to teleport himself,others and objects seeing as how he asked Naruto come at him with his Sand Rasengan and in the next page; they both hit Madara from both sides (which would explain how Naruto also got there)...if Sasuke simply had the ability to switch places, then Naruto also being there would absolutely make no sense.​

You think a battlefield getting destroyed is hard for Sasuke to avoid despite the fact this is the same guy whose foot speed is enough to catch Madara off guard and slice him? Okay.

First, Guy comes at full speed and all Sasuke has to do is simply teleport away and put his sword in his place when Gai is so close to him.

Second, the form of Susanoo which Tsunade crushed was Ribcage Susanoo(which is a laughable feat to bring into an argument).​

There is no point in continuing with this debate if you believe a bunch rocks will give Sasuke a hard time.​
