The kages aren't supposed to be the good guys, not sure where you got that idea from.

One villages hero is another villages criminal, A kages job is to maintain stability inside the village and keep up it's military power to compete with other super powers of the world at any cost.

Ther hero to one side is a villain to the other. Minato, for one, who was probably considered a genocidal maniac by Iwa's forces was very much willing to risk his life to save his village and the people in it.
For some reason this made me imagine Minato laughing maniacally as he's ftg'ng around slaughtering them lol

Have you lived in North Korea? I'm really sorry if you lived in an area stuff like that happened but think about it do you really think 1 Sasuke can fly to EVERYWHERE in the shinobi world and stop every dispute? It's physically impossible
So in a world where a 16 years old can activate years worth of training in one day, Sasuke can't put people in their place in different places with all that power in his disposal?

Sasuke can do practically anything with his eyes and bijuu at his disposal.

and him putting people in order with force is much better than having some people live in the best luxury while some die everday.

It's about justice, sacrifices should be made, and instead of sacrificing other people's happiness by killing them off so the other side would be happy, he's sacrificing his own happiness so both sides don't have to suffer and lose people precious to because of war.

As someone who experienced terrorists, dictatorship, civil war and the loss of precious people, I know what's going on with this world.

So everyone's happy if everyone does the same exact thing and is "equal?" Not according to history and not according to the economy

Equality isn't justice:

You have two children, the elder goes to high school while the other is in elementary.

The elder needs to take a bus to reach his high school while the younger only needs to walk a few blocks.

If want to treat them with justice you would have to give the elder more money, for the bus and for lunch.

But if you want to treat them equally you would have to give them the same amount which is either more than necessary for the younger, or unfair for the older as you either give them both money enough for lunch only and neglect the elders need for bus money OR give the younger more money than what he should have thus making it even more unfair for the elder.

Living equally is a thing, living in justice is another.

If there's a solution that does both sides justice, then that's the best solution.

I mean Ten Ten couldn't make a profit because of the current world that exists now
Current NV still relies on Naruto's presence, it's Hashirama's era all over, once he's gone the shinobi world is going to return to the hell hole it used to be, that's exactly why this system doesn't work. Because if shinobi were given power, they would eventually use it.

So taking away the tailed beasts' freedom and the freedom of the people is justice?
And no if the older brother was getting 10$ from the time he was the younger brothers age and now the younger get 10$ but only needs 5$ then they're being treated equally, the older brother should've saved up

Nah. That excuse isn't going to work here. I'm certain if most of these intel were release to the public(village) shit will explode. Even kakashi kept his and naruto lips tight when tobi revealed the truth of the massacre.

Let's put this in a real world situation, would you leave atomic weapons out in the open so that anyone with the corrupted mindset would have access to them? Tailed beasts are the source of many this system's problems, sealing them is the best option so that no one would use them to destroy their opposition, thus creating injustice, if Naruto were to die, now one can monitor the jutsu until a third Hashirama appears, rinse and repeat, the people that die in each process are nothing then? Is the bijuu's freedom worth all of the lives that were lost because of them?
Also to make it more simple:
The elder son was receiving 5$ when he was in elementary, lunch money.

Now that he's in high school that's more than just a few blocks away from his house, he needs extra 5$ for the bus.

Saving up won't help the elder when he's receiving exactly what he spends clearly you didn't understand the example.

We don't know this
But we know that there's kawaki, we know that children are being trained for future conflicts and we know that a new generation of weapons is being created.

All of this isn't leading to a peaceful future.

So what you're saying is that Naruto is supposed to be able to control everyone's actions? Can you prove that if Sasuke won in ideals that crime or any malicious persons would not have existed?

For the most part it is peaceful, which is why I brought up ten ten not making profit
