I don't think susanoo is a part of the bloodline trait itself, but you must have the bloodline trait inorder to be able to use it, or summon it possible. I think that susanoo is sort of like the 9 tailed fox in a way, with an intelligence of it's own, and it got mind controlled by the ms, and possibly linked to the ms.
