Restrictions: For the trolls out there,
Kakashi has a kyuUbi Cloak that will last him the entire fight and has unlimited range and extensive use of kamui.
Gai's 8th Gate will activate immediately when the fight begins.
Juubi Madara Has one Rinnegan!
Madara has not fused with the tree, he's not immortal, he will not TBB spam.
Madara has all feats he had with his jin form in the manga except for the aforementioned restriction.
Madara cannot regenerate.
Everyone is rested up for battle.

Intel: Kakashi is aware of his potential skill to kamui Madara's head off and will support guy's taijutsu to the highest while being on the offensive constantly as well.
Gai knows about madara's taijutsu weakness as well.
Both know NOT to touch the TSB, or staff.
Madara is fully aware of Gai's "Red Steam" but not knowledgeable about kakashi's long range kamui.

Guy solo's since madara can't regenerate and will get his top half destroyed by Night guy, I guess kakashi will warp and destroy the other half in the Kamui dimension.

If Madara can't Regenerate, Then Night Guy will kill him for sure. Kakashi can Warp Madara's Gudou Dama's while Night Guy explodes him.

8th Gate Gai and Kakashi win.

The only reason they didn't win in the manga was due to injuries and the situation they were in. Gai had a broken rib-cage and arm going into the match-up, and Kakashi was on his last leg (chakra wise). Furthermore, Naruto, Sakura, and Obito were in the Kamui realm, which meant warping Madara's body was not feasible.

Gai has the ability to incapacitate Madara for long enough that Kakashi can warp him. He can nail him with Evening Elephants and force him to turtle up in Truth Seeking Ball shells, and then Kakashi can warp both Madara and his defenses to Kamui without worrying about Naruto / Sakura / Obito's safety. If worse comes to worst, Gai uses Night Gai and tears Madara in half. If Madara somehow survives that attack from a fresh Gai (considering Madara called it a "precarious" situation that could have gone either way, and that was from an injured Gai), then Kakashi casually warps him while he is regenerating his torso.

And now you're cloaking Kakashi and restricting Madara's regen? Yeah, the duo wins without a doubt. 8th Gate Gai alone ends him; Kakashi is just there for Kamui assurance.

Lower-gated Gai saved Kakashi from Truth Seeking Orbs - 8th Gated Gai can easily dodge them. You are mistaking Minato's involvement as necessary rather than a convenience to simplify Gai landing a hit on Madara.

Not really seeing what the argument here is when regeneration is restricted. 8th Gate Gai canonically tore Madara in half to the point where, even with regen, Madara stated it was a "precarious" situation that could have gone either way. Without that regen, Madara would die, and this was when he was facing an exhausted Gai with a broken rib cage and arm.

Fresh 8th Gate Gai > Tired / injured 8th Gate Gai > Madara without regen, as per canon.

And on top of this, you're giving Gai a roided out Kakashi.
