Minato, because he can teleport anywhere, while 8 gates has to walk, FTG is instant, 8 gates speed would only appear instant

Yellow Flash ... You can go to the End of the Universe in a Less than a Nano second (but only if the End of the Universe is tagged) ...

Plus 8 gates = dead for Guy, Minato can do FTG till the cows come home. So the question is, has minato tagged the area, or is it his speed, and not FTG that is competing? Also, can guy survive long enough to reach the destination, or will he die on the way?

NO! He is using Body Flicker Technique, it is so fast it appears instantaneous, but it really isn't. Alot of people think Naruto has FTG because of that chapter, but he is just really fast, not instant

He tags the area with a seal, then he can always teleport there for as long as the seal is there. It is not meant for races, but is useful in battles because he can throw seal marked Kunai over the area then teleport everywhere, massacring the enemies. When he fought in the war, it was an order for enemies to run on sight when fighting him, because they would always die without killing him

He uses SEALS ... His wife is an Uzumaki .. Uzumaki are masters at Sealing Tech ... so he probably learned it off Kushina or somethign like that
