7th gate Gai= fastest shinobi alive?

I been saying it, you can tell he is based on techs like M peacock and hirudora and for the first time we've seen Gais movements while in 7 gates. Gaara who has seen Ay fight all out say Gais speed is unhuman. No one else was able to blitz madara and surprise him.

Wtf am I saying? Fastest shinobi alive.... more like EVER!

Imo, Guy has the greatest sustained combat speed. Raikages / Minato / Naruto might have fast Shunsin speed, etc, but I don't think they can consistently move like that. Guy fights at superhuman speeds for as long as he can keep the Seventh Gate open.

idk guy might be faster than ftg...guy can travel faster than the kuni so if Guy can get to the target before minato's kuni gets there then guy is faster than minato
