Look at the size of the hirudora Gai uses on Kisame and on Madara. Also look at the DC, also Gai was tired against Madara. The one used on Kisame was much bigger and stronger. Also Gai had no idea his attack was going to go through the shark missile so he had to make it strong enough where he wouldnt die.

So why didn't Gai kill Kisame right there if he was alive? Kisame used GSB first and Gai resorted to Hirudora. The DC doesn't matter when I showed you right there that he destroyed it, something much more durable. The fact that the main aim was to get back their intel and intel from Kisame is a good enough reason. Not to mention the fact that he got ripped apart by his shark eating him disproves anything that suggests he took the full power of something that destroyed Susanoo.

You can get intel on a dead body anyway. As shown when the intel corps was getting intel out of dead path.

How does this matter? Gai didn't kill Kisame and took him back for intel. No evidence that Gai changed his mind not to kill him when from the very start the aim was to get intel from him.

It was a simply punch from Ay and it blew a hole in. Only shows that version of Susano is not that durable and Hirudora destroying it not being a big feat.

But again even the strongest Hirudora Gai has shown still could not kill Kisame.

What the hell?

Onoki increased Ay's strength with his ultra added weight rock jutsu first of all, which dramatically increases the striking power of the one it's used on, as seen when Onoki used his Rock Fist and didn't make a dent on Trollkage's clam, but then when he used that jutsu, he broke it apart without even having to put more momentum behind his fist. Ay is already physically powerful, and the speed behind the attack makes it stronger.

Even with all that they only blew a hole in it, Hirudora obliterated the whole thing. What you are saying obviously makes no sense. This means that Ay's boosted strike is powerful, and Hirudora is many many times stronger.

The strongest Hirudora shown is the one that blew open Susanoo. Unless you are foolish enough to believe that Kisame is more durable than Susanoo, in which case I won't even bother.

Actually its perfect example, Gai was not exhuasted when he fought Kisame so that one was much more powerful and it still didnt kill Kisame.

Size of the Hiurdora used on and the one used on . You can clearly see the giant size differnce, you cannot even see Gai in the one he used against Kisame and Madara is very visible in the one used on him.

Then the DC of both is very different. Kisame's is then .

What I see are the scans. Hirudora used on Kismae was bigger and had a bigger DC and Guy was tired with the one he used on Madara. All three of those things lead me to believe that the Hirudora used on Kisame was the strongest one Guy has shown. Is Kisame with a lot of water pressure more durable than that susano than so be it.

And please dont say the Damage count doesnt matter. Because it really does, I mean its damage count, one obviously did more damage than the other.

The scans are there, if you want to argue with those then go ahead but you arent going to get anywhere.

Ay blew a hole through it with a simple punch, yes he was lightened. If anything Hirudora was overkill, only shows that version of susano isnt very durable.

I didnt want to downplay Hiurdora but destroying the susano wasnt that big of a feat. He destroyed , same version that Onoki and Ay blew . Yes Gai was weakened but the stronger Hirudora which he used against Kisame, still didnt kill Kisame.
That's a much better destructive feat than any of the five kages barring Onoki including Tsunade yet it's not an impressive feat. ;)

Exactly.

@PawsX

Kisame is not more durable than a v3 Susanoo, when he himself admitted that a mere raiton pencil from Bee would leave a hole in his skull. Unless of course you are suggesting that a raiton pencil drllls through a v3 Susanoo and kills the user.......... it's clear as day that Kisame did not take the brunt of the explosion, since Gai was countering GSB.

I was saying Hirudora destroying that same susano is not impressive since Ay and Onoki broke into it easily.

It was a punch from A. Was not at all hard to do while Hirudora is very hard to do because you need to activate the 7th gate.

Look at what Gai had to do to destroy the susano then look at what Ay and Onoki had to do.

I am not saying Kisame took the whole thing, he had lots of water pressure cushioning the blow. So Kisame with all that water pressure is more durable than Madara in that version of Susano.

Katsuyu is going to act as the water pressure and do that same for Tsunade.

Katsuyu gets killed by Hirudora. Not to mention we've argued multiple times of how she can't do anything about being ignited.

Databook 2 - Katsuyu Daibunretsu:
NINJUTSU; Katsuyu Daibunretsu (Katsuyu's Grand Division of the Slugs*)
User: Katsuyu
Supplementary; Rank: none

Main text

Capturing her is impossible already! Because she is a boneless mollusk, she has a fantastical ability to transform at will, that of deciding to divide her whole body or to reunite it. All physical attacks are nullified before this technique. No matter how violent the strike, it won't amount to more than a fruitless attempt. The enemy will just exhaust themselves accordingly and eventually fall to the ground.

Caption

-Her mollusk's body, which has no part that can be grasped, brings forth a full-body division!

Picture comment

-She avoids the attacks by dividing her whole body. And she did so with ease, even against Manda, Orochimaru's summoned Great Snake's firm and tight grip.
*"Katsuyu" is just a custom reading for "namekuji", which translates as "slug".

Now she obviously cannot tank all physical attacks but this hype is not featless as any attacks at the level of ST are tanked. Katsuyu tanked ST with no damage. Hirudora is on ST's level and since the DB wants to be specific about physical attacks then yes Hirudora is tanked.

Before you try to downgrade ST.

It simply didnt push everything, it decimated everything, look at the circle of nothingness as it works its way farther. And it even creates a giant crater, two different craters. The last page shows the ground level where Konoha used to be and then you can really see how big of a crater it made.

And to further prove my point that Katsuyu's body is very durable.

Tiny Katsuyu survived the chakra of the 6 tails.

Manga scans say otherwise. Nothing in Gai's arsenal can touch Katsuyu.

You'll get a reply tomorrow but first, show me a scan of Naruto's skin getting burned after that Nine tails rampage when Katsuyu was inside his clothes? Lol

Minato helped Naruto and resealed the chakra in one scenario while Yamato had to forcibly rip the Kyuubi chakra from Naruto. That is the difference but the chakra is enough to show you how durable Katsuyu is, that should have eradicated Katsuyu's tiny form.

Hinrudara was weaknd since it had to first pierce through a dense water shark to get to kisame. Kisame for a fact never received the full force of the attack like madara, I would say not even half!

Ok Katsuyu does the same thing as the water did for Kisame.

To expand on a point I made earlier, Guy in the 7th Gate is quite capable of physically kicking through Sakura and Tsunade, especially when a . Madara would have been just as durable, if not more so, as Tsunade and Sakura at the time.

Whereas the only boost Lee had during that instance was Kyuubi chakra, and the only thing that it did for him (seeing he can't use ninjutsu) was provide a boost in speed/strength. That boost , but it did not put him at a level above Guy in the 7th Gate, not when simply opening the First Gate gives a x5 boost, and the latter Gates .

Then there's also the fact that Guy's feats in Base trump Lee's, as seen by both of their performances against Kisame, and by Guy's ability to avoid being warped by Obito. This gap in power simply widens with the Gates, as Guy's feats in the same Gate dwarf Lee's (seen in the 6th Gate with Asa Kujaku and him using it to evaporate a tidal-wave sized Suiton). Add the fact that he can open all at the time of the war arc while Lee can only open 6 and you can see Guy is clearly superior there as well.

Thus, Lee was capable of cutting through someone not less durable than Tsunade with a kick. The boost he received to do so only affected his strength/speed, and could not have been greater than the boosts he normally gets from the Gates. Even if it was, the gap between Lee and Guy is large enough that the Kyuubi cloak still could not have put him on the level of being fast or strong enough to pressure Juubidara. Thus 7th Gate Guy, who is much stronger than Lee was at that time, should be just as capable tearing through the duo with his attacks, especially when he has used kicks enhanced by the Gates before.

As for Katsuyu "tanking" Hirudora in an effort to protect Sakura and Tsunade, the only way that would be remotely possible is if they summon the slug and go inside it before 7th Gate Guy closes the distance. Which means they need to be faster than Juubidara and Sage Mode Minato. Seeing that they are nowhere near as fast as those two, Guy closes the distance, blitzes them both with a combo and eradicates them with a point blank Hirudora.

Kisame survived because:

1. Gai didn't want to kill him.

2. Hirudora had to break through GSB and dense water.

Kisame has already proven he's not as durable as Susanoo, so there is no arguing this point.

And please dont say the Damage count doesnt matter. Because it really does, I mean its damage count, one obviously did more damage than the other.
Don't even know what you are talking about here, but yeah, one did much more damage than the other. Kisame survived one while the other one trashed Susanoo. At the end of the day it's that simple.

The scans are there, but as usual clowns misinterpret. Like below, the scans were there, but somehow you came to the conclusion that Ay was lightened when he hit the Susanoo. Lol

I highly suggest you read the manga before posting. He wasn't lightened when he struck, he was weighted, thus his strike was much stronger.

Hirudora got deflated by Daikodan. It went through it, when it reached Kisame it was already weakened.

Ay wasn't lightened when he struck. Onoki says "Super aggravated rock technique" which is the same as he said here to destroy the clam

Also, Minato coming Naruto isn't going to save his skin from getting burned. When was he healed? I've proved this multiple time that Katsuyu never felt anything from that chakra at that point.

My fault on the lightened thing.

Minato resealed all the chakra back into the Naruto. Basically bringing it all back in.

Yamato had to rip the chakra from Naruto's body.

Its clear she did. As even Naruto powering up in 6 tails should have deleted her [ ]-[ ]. You honestly really need to accept how much of a tank Katsuyu.

Gai was exhausted on the one used on Madara and while he had so much energy for the one used on Kisame. Its very clear the one used on Kisame was stronger!

Kisame with GSB is better protection than that version of susano. AT least when it comes to physical attacks.

The same way Kisame used water pressure to survive Hirudora is the same way Tsunade will use Katsuyu. And Katsuyu has better feats and hype than water pressure. Then add the fact that Tsunade will regenerate unlike Kisame.

I see a lot of people bring up the argument that Gai was tired when he used Hirudora.

Gai in the 7th Gate is always at full power, regardless of what state he's in beforehand. The Second Gate completely rejuvenates the body, Lee displayed that much against Gaara. Gai even explained it.
