Gai starts in 7G. Hashirama start in SM. Madara starts with Sharingan. He's not fighting both at once. He faces them one at a time under same conditions. Who wins?

Juubi jin Madara has rikudo sensing plus Hashiramas sm yet Gai still got all up in his face. What chances do these fodders have.
