It's just that why would they would compare the age with Minato if he wasn't the youngest before while question of age was under consideration.:shrug:

Because one of them was like "But he's too young" and the other was like "Minato was even younger". It's not like they were around when Hiruzen first became Hokage. xd

madara was a traitor , shisui was killed , itachi was considered a criminal , sasuke is a criminal therefore all kage level shinobi of uchiha where unworthy of hokage ( itachi only in the eyes of the public)
