Let's summarize:
1)He got an excellent lineage and that's important for the Fire Lord.
2)He's the strongest shinobi non missing-nin at the moment
3)He inspired the commander, the leader and someone as stuborn as Oonoki. All the alliance for that matte
4)He saved the alliance from the Zetsus
5)Saved Konoha from Pain with no victims and from the Shukaku.
6)Friends with kazekage, kage-material and raikage's bro Bee.
7)He has huge feats, so he will be doubtedly feared... And that's the first trait of a kage -> deter internal and external threats.

But, anyway it doesn't even matter. The guy is one and an army at the same time, and have lots of friends everywhere. He could just establish Konoha2, and name himself Hokage.

End of the story for all the people who thinks he wont be Hokage.

Naruto is strong, he will certainly become Hokage one day and there's no doubt that. When he defeated Pain, the Elders and Fire lord chose Kakashi ahead of him whilst Tsunade was in a coma. Naruto will become the 7th or 8th Hokage, there's still for time, he could have a chance to go become a Chuunin and Jonin first and perhaps gain a bit of experience working in the ANBU? and take time to build up to his ultimate potential learning more Fuuinjitsu and a lot more ninjitsu as well.

Would Naruto fit the Hokage position? Well he could, but understand that Kakashi will be choosed before Naruto. I like Naruto more than Kakashi, I'm just being logical about it.

This thread is absolutely ridiculous, the moment you said said Sasuke for Hokage you lost my interest.

It's never been Sasuke's dream to be Hokage, Kishi has foreshadowed Naruto becoming Hokage many many times and it only seems fair that the Protagonist who started with nothing and was looked down upon the most becomes the top of the village and the most looked up to person in the world Kishi is not just going to give Sasuke the position with some 'cheap' way I'd find that stupid.

Also you like to downplay Naruto's intelligence and pin the Hokage's position all onto paperwork, the Hokage is more than just that you know, I'd say the only other person than Naruto who could get it is Kakashi but he doesn't seem the type also the people who say Shikamaru and not Naruto you do realize even if Shikamaru has the intelligence he doesn't have the power and most likely never will.

So basically I think you need to look at this without a bias opinion and actually read the manga instead of telling your own story.

I think he will have Shikamaru help or Shikamaru will ask to help him or elders will appoint Shikamaru to help him. Like it will be part of the things naruto has to accept to be hokage.
Either way it goes he can and problly will be hokage he will just have his advisors like most do. I mean the 3rd had Danzo to do his dirty work cuz it was something he couldn't do himself. So if its something naruto can't do himself he can just have someone who can do it.
The only way saskue would become hokage is if it goes the same way the 1st and Madara was going to go with naruto playing the part of the 1st and saskue playing the part if Madara.

Isn't his accomplishments good enough to masquerade his intelligence? I believe he'd be a good hokage. The true reason for the position is to protect the village which naruto will be great at.
