Nah....its Kishi's fault that he made him faster than Kaguya and made him react to even Kaguya's instant portal attack, on the other hand Sasuke couldn't land a single hit on Kaguya who is slower than Naruto. So tell me what logic dictates. Lol
By logic Naruto should be able to dodge Sasuke's attack neg diff., since he didn't get any speed boost whatsoever. U_U

Not gonna bother addressing the rest but at bold: I think people forget that move was literally just used against Sasuke himself. Naruto just saw Sasuke get attacked from behind and pull in. Let's also not forget that these two were saving each other during their fights against Obito, Madara, and Kaguya. Meaning Naruto not saving Sasuke is almost as bad as Sasuke not reacting to the move himself but not quite for obvious reasons. When the move was used against Naruto, he knew what to expect since he just saw Sasuke become a victim of it. It would have been idiotic for the same exact move to work twice when Naruto has sensing the way he does. Naruto was in a better position to avoid the technique not only because of his sensing and reflexes but also because he just saw the move. The same move doesn't usually work twice in this manga for the most part.

Naruto got hit by Chidori, but it didn't damage/hurt him (Thanks to RM's Defense).
Any ninjutsu (without Senjutsu / Hagormo's chakra) doesn't work on RM Naruto.. I guess.

That's not the first time naruto and sasuke got caught it tho. So yeah it did work twice (on sasuke at least)

I didn't want to do this but morons tend to like to challenge people with intelligence and a better understanding then their own so here ya go.

The point of the attack was to hit Naruto so that Naruto will fight back instead of playing defense. As Sasuke said you keep slacking and you're going to get yourself killed. Meaning if you get hit by a serious attack of mine you're going to take serious damage or die. He hit Naruto clearly. It did little damage because Naruto is a human tank. The point of his attacks were to get Naruto to get serious and fight back. That attack was not ment to kill naruto what so ever.

It also showcased Sasuke speed feats and again that if Naruto slacks he will die or get hurt. As for Naruto it showcased his reflexes. Like Kami stated are probably the best in the anime. So there you have it the point of chidori hitting Naruto
