It's basically irrelevant because you can't win an argument when you present it either way. If he dodged it, he dodged it. If he was hit, it literally did zero damage to him. It wasn't effective. Or it was but Naruto barely sensed it. Either way, Naruto gets the praise out of both situations or arguments. Why do Sasuke fans think that boosts Sasuke's superiority when in actuality, it boosts Naruto's superiority?

Because it shows that Naruto's reflexes and sensing are slightly overrated (still probably has the best of the series) and it shows that Sasuke's "RinneBlitz" can be pretty deadly. I for one think it didn't do much damage because Naruto's cloak but against other people, it's a potential GG.

Could care less who it makes look better though. It was clear that Naruto was hit but he took minimal damage so it doesn't matter
