Those are the Shinobi Alliance's and that thing in the sky is commonly referred to as the ****ing moon.

Well for one, those are the footsteps in 573 - The path towards Radiance and that light it's probably from Naruto's RasenShuriken.

the shine is from Naruto's Odama Futon RasenShuriken. Not sure who the footsteps belong to though. They look gigantic from this view, but probably the alliance.

The footsteps are from the alliance army when they were running to the battlefield(manga 573) and the shining "star" in the left corner, is supposed to be naruto untop of the tree preparing a giant rassengan technique.
