Everybody puts Akainu and nobody puts Kuzan despite the latter having fought Akainu for 10 days straight with a huge DF disadvantage. Everybody puts Shanks but then doesn't include Mihawk despite the latter being the World's strongest swordsman.

Exactly. Only because Shanks is generally considered cooler and has a ''Yonko title doesn't really make him > Mihawk. It's a fact that Mihawk is superior, yet I see Shanks in way more tier lists while Mihawk is left out.

Maybe due to the fact that Shanks has a crew and rules several islands in New World and has many alliances whereas Mihawk has nothing but a give and take relationship with the World Government.
