If he uses it, it has to be in range of Killer B so the gravitational pull can drag him up. When that happens, B fires his Continuous Bijuu Dama at the sphere and the gravitational pull will pull the attack straight to the core like

Preta Path can absorb a TBB if its fired at him, but this will be fired, up in the air, at the sphere, so no Preta isn't stopping the sphere from being blown up.

Human Path is useless as it can't touch B (Who is cloaked in Hachibi's chakra) to pull his soul out. Not to mention it'd get wrecked with ease if it even got anywhere near him to attempt to pull his soul out.

Bijuu are chakra beasts. They don't have souls, that much should be obvious. Also, Naruto's cloak isn't as thick as the whole Hachibi covering B so that isn't a valid comparison.

lol? Really? Preta would get crushed by the rocks if it gets anywhere near the sphere, and its not going to get to the sphere before Bijuu Dama does as it travels faster than Preta. The same thing for the bird summon or Asura launching Preta toward it, they all get crushed by the rocks. Not even sure if serious with this counter. Not to mention he had to turn off all his paths for an inferior move CST, so there is reason to believe he needs to do the same for CT.

Your explanation was flawed beyond belief. SM Jiraiya wasn't running toward Human Path, he tried to punch him so speed has absolutely nothing to do with anything here so stop mentioning SM Jiraiya or his speed. Running speed is NOT the same as the speed of him swinging his fist. If Human Path gets close to B and attempts to take his soul (For no apparent reason as Human Path won't work) he gets crushed.

5 other paths aren't going to stop him from crushing Human Path if he gets close enough.

Not to mention I see no rebuttal to the Bijuu Hachimaki+Continuous Bijuu Dama strategy.

Then, the bird popped out of naruto's mouth and itachi activated amaterasu. the dogs didn't even have a chance to recover before getting hit by an Amaterasu, which they proceeded to roll around in (can't do that if immobile).
