My opinion 6 paths of Pain take this with mild difficulty

Third has no way of fighting the paths while they fly on the bird, or hide in a chameleon.
Preta path will eat the third's raiton shield and there goes all of his attacks, which will leave him open to being restrained by asura realm and soul-ripped, or just flat out attacked by asura, and shinra tenseis.

Then there is always the instant-win Chibaku tensei where the third has no way to deal with it.

Everything the third does will be countered and unlike Itachi he can't hide behind Tsukyomi or genjutsu.

lol you won't get flamed since most people won't look at this fight in terms of how abilities match up but rather they'll view it as a DBZ match:

Does pain have a superpowered attack that can hurt the third?
No.
Does pain have superpowered defense that can withstand the third?
No.
Is pain faster than the third?
No.

So then the third must lose.

I think the 3rd raikage wins this battle, probably the pain that absorbs chakra tries to absorb 3rd's chakra, he probably bursts with such a big ammount of chakra. And with speed he probably beats his attacks and defeats yahiko pain with his speed (he is faster than those 2 seconds). And we know a big extent of the abilities of pain, but we dont know much from the 3rd raikage. To stand up against a tailed beast? Pain barely escaped with a an 8 tail kyubi.

He wins but with high difficulty.

Thats my opinion.

Very close fro either side:

Raikage is extremely fast we don't know if Pain bodies can react in time even they all have share vision.

I guess that depends whom Raikage will strike 1st of the Pain bodies.

If he strike the one that absorbed jutsus , his raiton armor might get nulified & other Pains can proceed attacking & if at the same time the one that sucks souls out touch him then he's done for.

chibaku tensei is not equal to win first of all he would need time to even pull it off and if u haven't noticed third raikage is very fast so the move won't work unless all the other paths occupy him while deva uses that move and all other paths would have to be sacrificed for that. even then if u think about the other paths don't have enough power to actually keep someone like him down and might i add he can teleport away from CT's range. Third has a pretty good chance to win
