6 part naruto story line/plot thoery (Apologies for the length)
As we all know the sage of six paths had two son (uchiha possessing his eyes and senju his body)
and the uzumaki clan are distant relative of the senju clan
Naruto is able to use sage mode
And has recently learned to use rikuko mode
With that memory refresh my extemely long chain of theories begins
Part 1
my theory is that the rinnengan is awakened when a full power sharingan (eternal mangekyou sharingan) is implanted into a senju body (combining the body and eyes of the six path sage)
Thus creating rinnengan
And uzumaki's being distantly related to senju allowed madara to implant his eyes into nagato (who madara let us know is an uzamaki with his comment on his hair) to awaken the rinnengan
Side notes from my last thread
People stated that madara said he 'gave' nagato the rinnengan and I think him giving him his ems is what he meant
Others stated that nagato's rinnengan awakened when he saw Yuhiko (spelling) being attack by an enemy and I believe it works the same as the uchiha's sharingan only awakening at a time of need explains why nagato's rinnengan awakened when his friend was in danger
(it wouldn't be wrong to call the rinnengan Nagato's even if they originally belonged to the Sage. In the same way you can call Kakashi's sharingan 'Kakashi's Sharingan' because it's in Kakashi's face and Kakashi uses it, even though it originally belonged to Obito.)
some may will say he could have done this with the first hokage to awaken a stronger rinnengan (full senju blood) and I feel that cos the first may have died before he had chance to get his body meaning he could not do this
Which also explains why madara made clones using the 1st's dna (zetsu clones)
It may have been an attempt to recreate the 'perfect body' in which to implant his eyes
Zetsu we now know are able to become perfect copies of people he likely planned to create a body in which to turn into a senju
Also explaining why he kidnapped captian yamato as he was created using the 1st dna something madara failed at doing
so he now has a living clone of a full blood senju and sasukes ems
(A possible side plot there that I believe noone has touched upon)
Part 2
Of my theory is on why madara has a stock pile of uchiha eyes and that is simply that his eyes are currently in the form of the rinnengan so he needs to use sharingan's from other uchiha's and has collected as many as possible because it is clear different sharingans hold different abilities
It may be possible madara was secretly behind the mass murder of the uchihas for the soul purpose of gaining control of their eyes
I know people will say he loved his clan and wouldn't do it
but he took his own brothers eyes to unlock the ems so I think he may be capable of doing it if he felt it necessary would also it explains why madara knew who was 'behind it all ' and so much about it
with nagato's rinnengan it would be rather easy for madara to control the village elders as he did with the 4th mizukage so he planned to pin it on them
Part 3
I feel that madara took his brothers eyes without consent and that is the body kabato has in the final coffin
Why he has it u ask ?
If sasuke knew that madara deceived him into sympathising with the death of his brother he would rebel against him and now with the ems sasuke is a great threat
(plus its certain he has an important role for him in his moons eye plan)
not sure how kabato knows about it but kabato is full of secrets and has been plotting things since the beginning of the naruto storyline and I wouldn't put it past him the simple face of him collecting the bodies he has shows he is capable of it and if he gained the body the memory come with it so he may of told kabato
(Side note kabato may also know what I mentioned before about madara being the culprit of the mass murder of the uchiha clan )
Part 4
I feel that the gift that itachi gave to naruto may be his own power of the sharingan (as he did with sasuke when he died) giving naruto a temperary (if not permanent) rinnengan
and that along side sage mode and rikoku mode naruto would possible become as strong as the rikoku sage himself and become the perfect ninja as he has a pure heart

A side theory on perfect rikoku mode whilst using sage mode his chakra is being replenised by natural chakra as the elder toad sage explained whilst naruto was learning it and if that is the case if naruto learned how to use sage mode and rikoku mode together he need not worry about the kyuubi draining his chakra as it is being replenished by natural chakra (if the kyuubi is even able to absorb that chakra)
Part 6
white zetsus absorb chakra but I believe they won't be able to absorb natural chakra as it turns u into a toad if u don't know how to get the balance right (same reason I believe the kyuubi won't be able to absorb it either) thus perfect weapon against madara
Please don't just pick out all the faults or disapprove this theory without fully considering what I have stated please consider it first then point out any errors and improve upon it not slate it
(It has taken a long time for me to work this out)
I am extremely sorry for this being so long but I felt multiple different threads wouldn't show the links I have made between my different theories and when seen together u can see the links more clearly
I have tried to split it up into smaller chunks to make it easier to read
