5th mizukage seems to be a pretty formidable opponent compared to the 5th hokage. 5th hokage is still a good ninja because of all the med-ninjutsu but in a fight Mei would definitely win.

mizukage is way stronger. i don't even like tsunade all she does is sit back order people around and brag about how is the grandaughter of the 1st hokage and if the kages went with her plan to put naruto and bee in the war they would practically be handing them over to madara.ps. i think tsunade is ugly.
