madara took all the biju's and created the 10 tails...we all saw that happened,it was created even quicker than obito's...so wat was the tree...wasn't it supose to be an empty shell...but jus b4 it was sucked in by madara,we saw that it was still blooming and the eye was being opened....how is that posible..it's like madara have in 2 10tails now

Not really, if you think about it Madara one has the "One" Juubi, the only reason there was "More" was because its chakra had been separated.

That caught my attention too all the way back when they defeated Obito. I'm not sure. Maybe it's Kaguya who was sealed in gidou mazou by Hagoromo, evolved into the same form as the tree, came out instead and impersonated it.

To compensate for this, it split off part of its entity and that incarnation became the Ten-Tails, which is what it did to get back its fruit. Madara initially absorbed that entity to become the Ten-tails' Jinchuriki, and later absorbed the rest, i.e., the entire Shinju

Theoretically, both the Biju and Gedo Mazo should have been contained in the god tree that Madara just absorbed. Now its not that there are 2 copies of the Biju's within Madara now, rather the God tree actually didn't contain any Biju chakra.

Its still a conundrum to say the least, but yes Kishi kind of stretched the Biju logic on this one.

Then how do you explain Kaguya's appearance and speaking to Madara? Or do you believe its simply the Shinju's conscious?

Well Obito absorbed the ten tails the first time. Then he spit out the shinju. The chakra of the Juubi can probably be split up just like the chakra of all the other tailed beasts. By this logic though Obito should've been a more complete Jinchuriki than Madara at first since he was the one to releas the shinju. Remember though the shinju has probably been building up chakra, and nature energy as it seen blooming. Since Kaguya was the only person to eat the shinju fruit( I believe eat is a metaphor for seal in this case though, I believe Uzumaki's are also descendants of her from the other son, and that were they got all those powerful sealing techs from, the VIZ translation stated that the other son did seal all of the Juubi into Hogoromo after all) s she'll always have a spiritual connection with it, it became part of her, and she became part of it. Hope this explains it to you though.

we know that the biju go into gedo and then gedo becomes the juubi then obito absorbs it...

before anything happened obito released the jubbi which blossomed the god tree

so think about it madara just got back everything..the gedo the half of the biju he has and the god tree and the juubi according to last chapter
