Excluding Avatares (seeing as any avatar in avatar state stomps any other foe)

1. Ozai/Iroh
2. Iroh/Ozai
3. Azula (while in completely control of her mind)
4. Zuko
5. Dunno...

Avatar Roku was good and he was also known as Firebender, but if you are talking about top 5 strongest Firebenders, then it is Ozai or Iroh.

In my opinion, I think Ozai is the strongest. Azula has the ability to bend blue flames, however Zuko doesn't have that ability to bend like his father and his sister.

AND of course Aang, I think he is not the strongest firebender, but he is stronger when he goes into the Avatar State, that freaking combination of Wind, Fire, Earth and Water had such immense power, even Korra couldn't do that.
