Lord Itachi can summon a crow bearing Shisui's eye, Which can cast some of the strongest Genjutsu. KotoAmatsukami a technique which when cast by a Genjutsu master can not be broken or detected, Izanagi which can rewrite history, even bringing people back to life, and Izanami.
Also Lord Itachi can transform his crows into objects of his choice, or instantly teleport to one of his crows. Or transform into a flock of crows to disappear completely to avoid damage or even being sensed by Sensory Types such as Nagato, Jiraiya, Naruto, kabuto ect.
NOTE: Lord Itachi's crow transformation and teleportation abilities are not genjutsu exclusive techniques, they worked on Kabuto whom was not under a Genjutsu at the time. Otherwise Lord Itachi wouldn't have been able to replicate the event with Izanami

2: Holy Susano'o
As you all know, Itachi's usano'o bears both the strongest offenseive and strongest defensive spiritual items, exclusive to his Susano'o. Making his Susano'o the strongest Susano'o, noted multiple times in all sources to be "Invincible" thanks to the Yata Mirror, which blocks and reflects any and all Physical/Non-Physical attacks. Making Itachi invulnerable to any offensive technique.
NOTE: Both the Totsuka Blade and Yata Mirror can change all of their Properties including Shape. Also Yata Mirror negates all Genjutsu techniques as well, in the databook it used the word "astral" which references attacks outside of the physical world which would include Illusions such as Genjutsu.

3: Smartest character
As far as reference and feats in all sources,Lord Itachi surpasses every character in this category.
At Age 7 Lord Itachi was stated to have Kage Level intellect by Hiruzen(Whom met Hashirama, Tobirama, Minato, and Tsunade in his Life time)
NOTE: Some translation use the word "Wisdom", however we know that it was referring more to intellect because "Wisdom" is related to having Experience, which we all know Itachi didn't have Kage Level experience at age 7.
Lord Itachi is stated to be smarter than Sasuke
Lord Itachi shows that he is smarter than Minato, by outsmarting and suprising Killer Bee. A feat Minato failed to accomplish.
Lord Itachi was able to figure out how to counter and defeat Nagato within a few seconds of obversing each technique a feat which Naruto, Jiraiya, and Killer B failed to achieve.
Not to mention just flat out amazingly smart feats from Lord Itachi throughout the entire series, his intillectual feats surapass all others.

Tsukuyomi and Izanami are 2 of the most underrated techniques in Naruto, simply because people made assumptions and didn't take out the time to understand how they work, or didn't fully analyze them when Itachi used them and even assume that Sasuke broke Tsukuyomi.

Kishi compared Lord Itachi to Kaguya. When Black Zetsu caught a glimpse of Lord Itachi's True Power, he considered Itachi "INVINCIBLE"
Where as after witnessing Kaguya's True Power, Black Zetsu admitted that Kaguya was defeatable and even had to HELP Kaguya fight.
Kishi compares Lord Itachi to All Edo's. Kabuto himself stated that Lord Itachi was the finest of all the Edo's, even after Madara displayed his Power against the Shinobi Alliance.
Kishi compares Lord Itachi to all of the Hokage including Hashirama. As we all Know Hashirama is the strongest Hokage. Madara stated that he was stronger than Tsunade when he fought the 5 Kage. Orochimaru stated that Hashirama was stronger than Tobirama, and according to Danzo Tobirama is stronger than Prime Hiruzen.
