just because Anooki makes it lighter doesnt mean he can get rid of the water......I dont know where you got that idea from.
Also just because Mei can use the mist Technique doesnt mean she can clear someone elses. Its not her chakra that is being used to create the mist technique its zabuza's. Please explain how mei is gonna control someone elses mist technique.

Think about it....Gaara can take regular dirt can make sand, in order to do that you have to take rubble damn near til it's foundation level where there IS not water...just dirt, make it light enough and there's no way water could effect or weaken it. That's 12th biology dude....if you paid enough attention in class you'd know it....

Mei's tech's are more powerful, creating mist just isn't Zabuza's tech, which I'm sure a lot of the mist shinobi's could do. The one thing I've yet to see Kishi instill are tech cancellations...Overpower ones tech with anothers...

bu they did go agianstr a whole army and two of them didnt have sword. Also they was edos who was being controled.
I feel like the swordsmen will win.
Suigetsu's brother and kisame's sensei has water techs which will weaken garra's sand.
Also the misrt tech will make it hard for anyone of the kage to perform attacks.
