He can't spam his technique. Hes only known for that 1 genjutsu which needs 10 years. Otherwise hes just known for his body flicker

Technique that you can only use once every 10 years, does not make you OP and a master genjutsu user.

To be honest, I don't like genjutsu techniques since I think it is an easy way to defeat an opponent that is weak against it, therefore unfair.
Ninjutsu and Taijutsu is the true way of a noble ninja. XD

This is my five, in no particular order:

Shisui, Itachi, Obito, Madara, Sasuke. Basically, the Uchiha stars. Danzo would be number 6, and only because of Uchiha techniques. Honestly, thanks to their powerful yin chakra, I can say the only one who can beat the Uchiha as a whole when it comes to genjutsu is the sage himself.
