They're not wallies. That's Tier 1 RP T_T Bit iffy whether you'd be able to respond and perform a sword slash thingy with chakra when you perform it after the water has collided with your orb. I mean, the orb isn't that big, you'd have less than a meter of distance for the water to travel before it hits you. You cannot perform a technique whilst holding up GWI, so you'd have to perform your slash after it falls.
The other issue is the timeframe thingy which I explained already. Just remember to take note of the timeframe next time. The RP is more or less based on a turn-based system. You cannot perform 2 techniques before I perform 1, etc.

I caught only a glimpse of it, but it was enough. A dazzlingly beautiful carmine shade of chakra was unleashed from your well-polished sword, easily combating my stream of water. Though it vanished soon afterwards, I was impressed. The art of sword-fighting always intrigued me. I revered it, in a way, but I often did not get the chance to engage in it. The crimson wave of chakra you unleashed may have been specious, but it certainly did help to ameliorate your situation in my eyes.
A snobbish little child you were to me, but the fact you were so accomplished in such arts at such a tender age allowed me to have some respect for you. Ostensibly, the Uchiha were not all talk after all. They had something to back up those airy words of theirs. Perhaps Sasuke Uchiha wasn't really the pusillanimous guy I thought he might have been. Perhaps he was more phlegmatic than he appeared to be. Either way, any last vestiges of respect I held for him was extant, at least, for now, salvaged by his timely showcasing of an artistic sword technique. I watched closely while you stringed together a couple of short hand seals, before unleashing a mammoth of an attack. In terms of size and power, it seemed second to none. It was clearly visible, from the distortions in the air and the rapidly shifting air currents around it. I watched in awe as it moved rapidly towards me. A clearly pernicious attack, if you will. If anything, it seemed Sasuke Uchiha, you, were a more insidious opponent than I thought you were. To think that you were capable of such high-level techniques for, not only your specialty, Fire, but Wind as well. Nevertheless, I contrived a simple plan to react to it.
I noted the fact that the spherical mass of compressed air seemed to expand constantly. Sure enough, from the time that it had been expelled from your mouth, to now, it had grown considerably. It was, essentially, unavoidable. However, it was a Wind technique after all, and wind had its weaknesses...
With a simple stomp of my right foot on the ground, I channeled my Fire chakra to an appropriate spot, say a couple of meters or so in front of me, near the lake, but not on the lake yet. As the sphere of wind approached, 3 pillars of flames would seemingly emerge from the ground, of several meters tall, in the path of your wind. The pillars would be spaced out with about 2-3 meters in between each meter, allowing the pillars to easily cover the entire size of your technique. Upon collision, the fire would halt your wind's progress, quite easily, whilst simultaneously vanishing, having exhausted its entire power in combating your wind.(prevents you from doing whatever you wanted with the water)

With a mercurial and irascible temperament, I could not help but feel he was disparaging me with his technique. Sure, it was all powerful and stuff, but to me, it was easy to counter. Frontal attacks were never going to be able to trouble me. Not one bit. Never.
