But you do realize he never completed it? Rasengan by itself is an incomplete jutsu, Minato's original idea was to infuse his chakra nature with the Rasengan to complete the jutsu but he never managed to.

So what you are saying is an incomplete jutsu > complete jutsu, just because of the "he is the creator logic" that doesn't mean anything.

Naruto has more variations dan minato but his odoma rasengan is almost d same as minato's base rasengan

Minato has a bigger base rasengan than naruto and he can make it fast with just one hand. But naruto is better with it.

Minatos base rasengan was the size of narutos oodama rasengan. Not to mention he could control it with one hand and create it in a split second while naruto needs two clones to hold it.
