Doubt that. If you take away her chakra she wouldnt be able to do the things she does when chakra.

Look at sakura, before tsunade's training, she wasnt exactly strong. After her training she became extremely strong. This technique actually suited her best, since she also has excellent chakra control

Most of the people in polls will need Chakra to beat him lol. Madara ( I think time justu usies chakra even if its very little. Lee (...) even IF he takes his medicine to make his attacks unpredictable might still lose to A. Harashima ( I think you just threw that one in there). Itachi will need chakra to beat A. Tsunade uses chakra control to enhance the strength in her attacks. Bee might can win. Darui I doubt it. Neji same with tsunade needs chakra to even stand a chance. lol this proves how fail Naruto is...
