Madara will use the tailed beast power which is almost equal to all five great nations.kabuto has mastered summoning jutsu that summons dead people means that he will summons all shinobi that were too powerfull once in the history of the shinobi world.

We don't know much about madara.he was the person who oppsosed the first hokage who was the stongest shinobi.so he can't be taken down easily.

Madara has declared war against the shinobi nations. How many people does Madara have? In akatsuki he has Kisame, Zetsua, Taka, and Himself. 8 people against all five shinobi nations plus the samurai and amegakure. How is he planning on winning especialy if he cant capture all of the bijuus? Does he have a jutsu to use the chakra he collected?

The events that took place sixteen years ago will be Naruto's physical and psychological trigger to help Sasuke and stop Madara. But I think there is something more about Kushina's flashback - perhaps not from or concerning her, but the story of the immediate events after the Nine-Tails' rampage, seem to me, very important. What they are I do not know, but maybe as the storyline reaches conclusion it will be revealed.
