4th Kazekage vs Neji Hyuuga

The 4th Kazekage is a long range fighter, which is not exactly giving Neji and advantage. The fact that he was able to summon enough Gold Dust to quell the Shukaku's rampaging makes me give this match to the Fourth.

The speed of his attacks was just as fast those of his son's. Also, he doesn't even need hand gestures.​

Neji wouldn't even need to be concerned about getting close to the Foruth Kazekage.

Your arguments overestimate the strength of Neji's Vacuum Palms, he'd be overwhelmed in little time.​

The thing is, his attacks are mostly quick and semi-linear because he is controliing the sand through magnetism instead of using it freely like gaaras sand.

My argument isn't based on his vacuum palms but rather that Neji is quite fast and could avoid semi-linear attack such as those and with the distance, he can close the gap very quickly. Also, I never said he would win, but I am trying to explain how Neji isn't roflstomps as most people believe just because the kazekage is a kage.
