first goku then vegeta, after that gohan on a young age and then suddenly goten at an age of 5and that was just rofl..
same with rasengan

it took yondaime a lot to master it, jiraiya got the technique from him and i guess it didn't took him that much time like yondaime, kakashi also knows it and i guess it took him even less time than jiraiya, and naruto mastered in 1 week + nature element in 1 or 2 days and now konohamaru with rasengan..

it's like playing lego..
getting easier with every passing day..

I agree that this is kinda.... odd. Though you have to remember, Rasengan is not an elemental jutsu so anyone CAN learn it with enough control. The problem is it needs a lot of control. Kono seems like a less likely candidate than Naruto imo but he could learn it. We know Naruto taught him but we don't know when or how long it took.

I guess it's not SUCH a big deal.. I mean creating the jutsu is the hard part. Kakashi probably took years to come up with Chidori, but Sasuke learned it in a month. Jiraya probably learned it quickly as well. And Naruto's taken a few years to get Rasengan truly mastered.

We must remember that Konohamru's Rasengan is probably a really basic and sloppy version. Not to mention weak. There's no way he truly defeated Hell Realm with just one attempt.

Naruto's Rasengan is probably more effective than everybody elses cause he can split the focus of the technique between two people. Meaning that each Naruto can put 100% attention on their half of the jutsu... which should produce better results, imo

And it looks like he can do it with one hand.
