It's hard to put One Piece on the same list as all the other mangas, because it just makes the most epic characters ever, but I'll try to mix them up.

The real top would look something like this:

One Piece - Monkey D Luffy (Most awesome character ever)
One Piece - Roronoa Zoro (Hottest and coolest character ever)
One Piece - Nami (My favourite female character)
One Piece - Boa Hancock (The embodiment of my favourite looks and personality)

But I can exchange the last 2 places with:

Death Note - Light Yagami, Kira (Just awesome, the whole manga is just awesome)
Naruto - Uchiha Madara (The only reason why he isn't the best villain ever, of course excluding Kira, is because of Marshal D Teach, Blackbeard, from One Piece)
