The difference between the 2-tomoe and 3-tomoe Sharingan lies in their progression and capabilities:

  1. 2-Tomoe Sharingan:
    • The 2-tomoe Sharingan is the second stage of the Sharingan's development. It usually appears in the eyes of an Uchiha clan member when they experience heightened emotions or stress.
    • With the 2-tomoe Sharingan activated, the user gains enhanced visual perception and the ability to track fast-moving objects better than with the regular 1-tomoe Sharingan.
    • The user can also start to copy simple movements and jutsu more effectively, making it easier for them to learn and replicate basic techniques.
  2. 3-Tomoe Sharingan:
    • The 3-tomoe Sharingan is the third stage of the Sharingan's development, and it signifies a significant advancement in power and ability over the 2-tomoe stage.
    • With the 3-tomoe Sharingan activated, the user's visual perception and tracking speed are greatly enhanced, surpassing what they could do with a 2-tomoe Sharingan.
    • The user gains a higher level of copying ability, allowing them to learn and mimic more complex jutsu, including kekkei genkai and kekkei tota (advanced elemental techniques).
    • Additionally, the 3-tomoe Sharingan grants the user the ability to put opponents under genjutsu (illusionary techniques) more effectively.

Ok first technique is probably the coolest "basic" Sharingan technique/ability. Tell me how you think this technique is performed, along with drawbacks and limits of it. Also any questions that you may have.

( Doujutsu: Kopī no Jutsu ) - Eye Technique: Copy Technique
Type: Supplementary
Rank: E - Forbidden
Range: N/A
Chakra cost: N/A
Damage points: N/A
Description: After gaining the 3 Tomoe Sharingan, the user gains the ability to copy the technique the enemy is using and use it as his own in the same timeframe. The user will first need to witness the technique completely to memorize all aspects of it, including the opponents chakra flow and focus upon using it as well as the hand seals. A limitation of the technique is the inability to mimic and copy KG Techniques, Advanced Elements or Hidden Abilities unless the user also has these same abilities.
Note: User needs to have at least the 3 Tomoe active.
Note: Can only be done 2 times per opponent on techniques that have hand seals.
Note: Copied technique can only be used in the event recorded in and the event following this. In the case of Battle Arena fights, this refers to one fight and the fight following it.
Note: User needs to be capable of performing the technique himself, meaning he needs to have the correct chakra natures, rank, abilities, etc to use the technique. This is also valid for the various Specialties, where the user might be unable to copy a technique with only one handseal unless he has the same specialty as the enemy.
Note: Copying techniques can be done in the same timeframe as the user's techniques.

Apologies for the delayed response; I've just now noticed that you replied.

The "Doujutsu: Kopī no Jutsu" or "Eye Technique: Copy Technique" is a fascinating and versatile ability that becomes available to the user once they have activated the 3 Tomoe Sharingan. With this technique, the user gains the extraordinary capability to observe and memorize any technique used by their opponent and replicate it as their own, all within the same timeframe.

To perform the Copy Technique, the user must first witness the opponent's technique in its entirety, thoroughly studying its intricacies, chakra flow, and hand seals. This process allows them to imprint the technique into their own memory, enabling them to execute it flawlessly. However, there are certain limitations to this ability to maintain balance and fairness in its usage.

One of the primary drawbacks is that the Copy Technique cannot replicate Kekkei Genkai (KG) techniques, Advanced Elements, or Hidden Abilities, unless the user also possesses these same powers. This restriction ensures that powerful and unique techniques remain exclusive to their respective users and are not easily copied.

Additionally, there is a limit to how many times this ability can be used on a single opponent for techniques that require hand seals. The user can only copy a technique twice from the same opponent, thus encouraging strategic thinking and careful decision-making during battles.

Moreover, the copied technique can only be used during the same event in which it was observed and the following event. In the case of Battle Arena fights, this refers to one fight and the fight immediately following it. This constraint ensures that the copied techniques cannot be stockpiled for future use indefinitely.

Furthermore, the user must possess the necessary prerequisites to perform the copied technique effectively. This means they must have the correct chakra nature, rank, and abilities to execute the technique. The same applies to various Specialties; the user might be unable to copy a technique with only one hand seal unless they have the same specialty as the opponent.

Overall, the Copy Technique is a powerful and fascinating ability that requires keen observation, quick thinking, and strategic planning. It allows the user to adapt and respond dynamically to their opponents' techniques, making it a highly coveted and respected skill in battle.

Ooouu look at you. Such prodigy. Much letters written.

Next is this. It's a technique/ability to both free you from genjutsu and reflect it back at the opponents. Same thing as the last technique, drawbacks etc.

( Bōshi Magen: Kyouten Chiten ) - Demonic Eye Illusion: Heaven And Earth Change
Type: Supplementary
Rank: C-S
Range: Short - Long
Chakra Cost: N/A (equal to the cost of the countered technique)
Damage Points: N/A (equal to the power of the countered technique)
Description: This is a illusion counter where, through the use of their sharingan, a Uchiha can take control over an enemy's Genjutsu and reverse it back into the opponent by taking control of it and releasing oneself at the same time. With 1 Tomoe, it can affect C-Rank and below illusions. With 2 Tomoe, it can affect B-Rank and below illusions. With a 3 Tomoe, it can affect A-Rank and below illusions. With MS, it can affect S-Rank and below illusions and EMS can affect any rank Genjutsu.
Note: Can only be used once every two turns.
Note: Does not require eye contact and must be able to cast ( I.e., cannot reverse a Sound Genjutsu without Sound Ninjutsu.

This is a pretty cool Sharingan move. It lets an Uchiha take control of an enemy's Genjutsu, basically turning it around and hitting the opponent with their own trick. The Sharingan user does this by seizing control of the Genjutsu and breaking free from it at the same time.

Now, the effectiveness of this move depends on how evolved the Sharingan is. With just 1 Tomoe, it can work on illusions up to C-Rank. With 2 Tomoe, it can handle up to B-Rank illusions. If you've got the full 3 Tomoe Sharingan, it can deal with A-Rank and lower. And if you've got the Mangekyou Sharingan, it can even handle those pesky S-Rank and lower illusions. The EMS, the Eternal Mangekyou Sharingan, is even more powerful, working on any rank of Genjutsu.

But there are some limits. You can only use this technique once every two turns, and it won't work on Genjutsu that doesn't require eye contact unless you have the right Ninjutsu to back it up. So, it's a pretty cool move for countering illusions in battle.
