Kakashi wins with medium difficulties. Itachi is a watered down version of Kakashi

He should also elaborate on the last one because it's impossible for Kakashi to seal Edo Itachi.
OT: Itachi wins medium-difficulty. In Part 1, he beat Kakashi in all shown aspects (Jutsu Speed, Movement Speed, Intelligence) and in Part 2, he had only 30% of his power as a clone and he still WASN'T trying, and yet he gave Kakashi, Chiyo, Sakura and Naruto a good owning and then lost on purpose to see Naruto's strength.

3t Kakashi already beat 3t Itachi, and Itachi without Sharingan is much weaker.
Kamui snipes Itachi, and Kakashi recently learned how to teleport.
PS > Itachi.
Where's Edo Itachi in this?
If Itachi beat Kakashi in jutsu speed, movement speed, and intelligence, then why did he have to resort to Tsukiyomi and some PiS on Kakashi's part to actually win?
That wasn't 30% of Itachi's power, it was 30% of Itachi's chakra- along with 100% of the sacrifice's chakra. Itachi didn't fight anyone but Kakashi.
There are a lot of holes in your argument.

itachi wanted to show off the power of ms...for plot lol...HE WAS ALREADY BEATING THEM YOU CANNOT DENY THAT
but yet naruto still helped him defeat itachi..plus itachi was not trying to kill them

Base Kakashi has Sharingan since he can't turn it off.
3T Kakashi > 3T Itachi because Itachi's barely fought without his MS, if he's ever fought without it. Kakashi actually has feats with the 3T.
MS Kakashi is not > MS Itachi simply because of Susano'o hax.
DMS Kakashi > any version of Itachi.

Itachi died 300 chapters ago, while kakashi improved. ( just 1 year but kakashi really improved)
He has a counter to every genjutsu--> Kagebunshin
His chakra levels are much larger than itachis
He has more nature elements and more ninjutsus than itachi.
His speed,taijutsu and strength improved immense during the whole war arc,i would say they are pretty even in those areas but Kakashi is able to increase his speed and strength 5 times more due to the 1 gate.
Kakashi can do more clones than itachi and his doton affinity allows him to dodge almost all jutsus in itachis arsenal+ making better clone feints.
Susanno is countered with doton hiding like a mole and is also entered with it.

Kakashi will be forced to look at Itachi's feet, which he's not even good at - big disadvantage. Kakashi won't see Itachi has made an exploding shadow clone and that'll take Kakashi out or at least provide an opening for Itachi
Or, Kakashi will look at Itachi's eyes and be caught in Demonic Illusion: Shackling Stakes
comparing itachis feats with part 1 kakashi U_U(even part 1kakashi saw through the explosion clone, but had to save kurenai)
war arc kakashi had no problems keeping up with obitos 3 T genjutsus ( who controlled kyubi with 3T)
He can use clones who can definitive look into itachis eyes ( kakashi has more chakra --> can do More clones than itachi )
Kakashis beast runner can also push itachi back or even land a blow
There will be an opening where kakashi would hid underground and itachi won't notice it like in canon, a ration trap clone comes out of the ground and grab itachi, then paralyze him.
Obito =/= Itachi in terms of genjutsu.
-Tailed beasts can easily be controlled with Sharingan + Senju cells. In a fight, however, Obito couldn't even place Konan in a genjutsu.
Kakashi saw through the exploding shadow clone, but that was before Gai told him to fight him looking at his feet. That's why i said this would happen if Kakashi only looks at Itachi's feet.
Kakashi has more chakra than Itachi? Don't you remember in Part 1 when Itachi told Kakashi, "Not being one of us you lack our physical strenght and that's something you can't copy" Lol
You raise a good point here though. But let's not forget Itachi still managed to react to Kakashi's shadow clone popping out of the ground. No reason to believe he wouldn't react to it again.
Not really, itachis 3T genjutsus are not above obitos, the latter controlled the mizukage, 9 tails,10 tails, he put konan under a genjutsu.

His zetsu body only increases his chakra and stamina, i doubt it improves genjutsus. An even if it does, kakashi kept up with him.
kakashi won't look only at his feed, he can look until the neck the whole body except the head.
you ignored my argument where kakashi is using clones who can look at itachi completely.
Kakashi had a higher score in Databook+ In war he fought against 7 swordsmen, many zetsus, jinchurikis and obito (ofc not alone) with his sharingan activated the whole time.
He would have no problems against itachi in terms of chakra and stamina, while the latter is restricted due to his low chakra levels (2.5 in Databook)
i didnt said he can't react to kakashi, if the clone and itachi grab each other like last time they fought, this time the clone goes off in lightning which will paralyze itachi for a short time.
The time will be enough to cut his head with raikiri.
