It's a toss up between Itachi and Sasuke. Sasuke has, by far, the better offensive set. But Itachi has a handful of clever moves and deceitful genjutsu ploys that I'd find him to be more well rounded. I'unno, just really comes down to them.

Kakashi's just a bastardized version of both; Inferior raiton manipulation, lower potency with genjutsu and they aren't even as subtle as Itachi's. Either Sasuke or Itachi will read through his moves, evade or redirect his raiton attacks.

Obito also has a few handy tricks, the Uchiha barrier and large katon. I don't know, though. He regularly fights with his MS so I'd imagine on paper, his base skills would be the lowest. But I wouldn't doubt his larger scaled Katon couldn't get the job done, eventually.

So; Itachi>=Sasuke>Kakashi

Obito would be in last place; But he just has a few quirky techniques that could give him a victory if they were to fight. Sort of a black horse.

Edit: if this is Hebi Sasuke with the curse mark, he's the strongest.

You're clearly mistaken if you think that is MS....

Naruto destroyed two of his hearts. Kakashi destroyed the last one, Kakashi killed him, not Naruto. No Team 10 was holding Kakash back, he had to keep saving their asses and he was not even going for the kill, just stalling for Shikamarus plan and the Akatsuki still couldn't match him.

He didn't use MS versus Obito in their Kamui dimension fight. That was a pure one on one of their total skill and Obito flat out lost to him.

Not sure whats funny about Haku, I remember he was killing off the alliance one by one and no one could stop him until Kakashi came in.
