Does Sasuke have curse mark though? or only the sharingan, if he has curse mark then he wins but if he doesn't he gets beat by Itachi, Obito may be able to copy some of Itachi's jutsu which could keep him alive for a while and give him a few counters but Itachi is superior in hand-to-hand combat so if he gets close to Itachi he would definitely die. Kakashi is quite good in hand to hand combat but he doesn't have the required chakra reserves to keep up with Itachi, in the end it would either be Itachi or Sasuke if he has curse mark.
