If you was to read my edit youd see that Sasuke can develope the Sages chakra now. Also, by that logic you can just remove Madaras Dna and Zetsu as well as Sasuke and Kakashis eyes and Itachis crow.

2. When did he annihilate team 7? If under team 7 you mean early shipuuden naruto,sai,sakura and yamato then lo'l.

Sasuke couldnt touch Kaguya even with half of Sage's chakra and his Rinnegan Shift combined. Kakashi got just a small portion of Sage's chakra and blitzed Kaguya on his first try. Sage chakra improves your overall abilities.

Then read manga again, Obito only used MS when Rin died and then vs KCM naruto and forward.

Minato and konan fights were done with 3t, when he trolled itachi retrieval team it was 3t as well.
He has both s/t and intangibility with 3t and awakened intangibility at 2t.

During all the fights you mentioned, his mask was casting a shadow and/or he was too far away.

The peak of 3T Sasuke is Hebi Sasuke, who has access to the Curse Mark V2, various Chidori variants, blistering speed and Orochimaru's techniques. Itachi could only beat Sasuke with his MS activated, without it he only has Katon, Genjutsu which any of the former or latter break with their own Sharingan, and various Taijutsu extracts. Sasuke is clearly superior. And the final 2 don't even compare without the use of Kamui.
