The thing about our clan that makes us more infamous is the fact we were called evil. This was due to use using our eyes as ways of getting things done the way we wanted. We didn’t like having others being equal to use, so people went so far is to killing their own friends or loved ones for power. It made us lust more for this superior position in the clan.

The eyes evolved over time due to the love and hate of the clan. We hated others who was ahead of us, and wanted to destroy what we see was irrelevant. We wanted to fill the void that our hearts got when we awakened our sharingan. This was however the faith they all shared and eventually died out from the massacre Itachi did. It was to save the clan from its own curse.
The sharingan first of all is one the great three dojutsu of this world. It comes from the extinct Uchiha clan who was feared for this eye. It’s the clan’s symbol of power and kekkai genkai. The sharingan is unlocked when the user is under a lot of emotional stress, weather it is happy or sad. It varies from user to user.
What makes third stage more advance then second is the general growth of the abilities. Now able to pierce through genjutsu up to B-Rank, the user learns how to cast genjutsu through the eyes. The perception of the user is far better now, able to mimic basic movements down to the very detail it needs.

Annabel really was the type of girl to love a challenge. She channeled chakra into the depths of her eyes, causing them to swirl and activate the crimson nightmare. Once she does this, the smoke gathered around her as the clone and sensei disappeared from sight. With her eyes activated she looks around the area in a quick manner.

The ground and rocks rumbled from the movement of the small animals. The wind rustled the trees as they danced in the wind. Annabel’s eyes picked up almost every small inch of motion they created even though the smoke was blocking her. It wasn’t fully enough, as she thought to herself she look more around her.

She took the chakra paths of all sentient beings around, the small animals will have one obviously while the trees won’t have the same kind as us. Once she fully analyzed it, she saw an abnormal chakra system not too far away from her, but she couldn’t make it out. She channeled chakra into a kunai and threw it towards a tree that the figure was at, and once she did the kunai had an fake tag which would seemly alert the clone out of hiding and as such she jumped from out of the smoke and touched the clone.

As Annabel heard the next instructions, a small rustle in the leaves in the tree nearby can be heard as Nanazai her master came to observe her maid in training. Annabel didn’t notice at first as her eyes where more fixed on the conflict she had to deal with. With a quick glance at her enemies chakra system she can see that the chakra building up in the stomach of her enemy. She was prepared to counter as she sees a fire ball coming towards her.

Annabel was ready as she channeled her water chakra into her hands creating water whips that she then runs towards the fireball and using her water she swings her left arm down with great force. Using the water whip, she strikes the fireball and in the other hand, she took it and swung her arm again stopping the fire in its tracks.

She then turns to see her master in the tree clapping her on making her blush slightly.

As the huge wind blast is being made, Annabel replies with by watching her enemies’ chakra flow yet again. As the wind is releases she channels her lighting chakra into her body and starts to rapidly increase the flow of chakra. Once the wind was in vicinity of her, she channels her chakra outwards from her body, causing the motion of wind to be disrupted as she unleashed the chakra outwards from her body.

The lightning caused the chakra to in the wind to become neutral to her and using the sharingan allowed her to cancel out the wind by reading the chakra from her enemy.

Annabel with her Sharingan eyes already activated when she noticed her senei was suddenly gone. Thi was her chance to find him again. Using her chakra, she looked at the area around checking each and every chakra source she can find within her eyes reach. Once she happens to notice a body figure in the bushes nearby she looks at the chakra but the chakra gave off a different flow compared to her sensei.

She walked around looking for traces of body heat and chakra, as she does she happens to see many animals surrounding her, and when she finally saw her target, she body flickered to him and poked his forehead with her finger indication of finding her sensei.

It doe this basic it at the last stage of the eye, 3rd tomoe allows the person to effectively read the enemies body movement. This when scene b the sharingan user, looks as if the person is moving in slow motion. They catch glimpses of what a person is intending to do, and with that the user can effectively counter the motions of his enemy with ease. This is however can be bad if the user can’t make reactions to a faster moving target. HE might able to see it, but reacting to the motions s another thing

Good, but by being able to predict an opponent's movements you can begin to move and counter before they themselves have started their own movements. This gives the illusion that you are faster than you actually are. Example being in the VoTE. Sasuke was getting his ass kicked by Naruto, but the second he gets his 3T he becomes able to react to his opponent's movements before they are actually made. Did he speed up? No, it only seems like he did.
