Although he shouldnt have trouble killing the summons with hell stab.
Also Animal Path is the slowest Pain out of the 6 , he could kill her easily.

There's no clear winner honestly however . I do think that if this two characters fought they'd both end up getting ****ed up. Then it wouldn't matter who won cause they'd be picked off by the others allies.

The third Raikage isn't that fast, as Dodai and the others could pretty much keep up with his speed and prepare Jutsu in time. Pain takes this. With Bansho Tenin, Prata-Path and Ningendou, he has pretty good cards for stopping him. In the worst case scenario, he can use Chibaku Tensei.

Its lifeless, it requires less chakra to summon a lifeless gedo than an alive one. You still cant prove he can.

Madara gave Nagato Rinnegan because he knew Nagato would be able to summon the gedo.

pain wins this low diff, 3rd raikage couldnt even touch him with st, let alone ct, deva path solos. Not counting deva path even the other 5 paths could beat him, preta path could absorb all his lightning armor which would make him alot slower and if he tried to get close human path would rip his soul out, the other paths could just protect these guys with there summons and robotic weaponary
